WPS MANAGED PRINT SERVICES Managed Services (MS) takes many forms and are as unique as each organization that wishes to utilize it. The overall goal is reducing costs associated with document creation and management. As an added benefit, environmental sustainability may be greatly improved during the process. Most offerings in the market are termed MPS: Managed Print Services. Many times this approach is simply a break/fix service agreement on printers at a fixed cost per page. WPS utilizes a scorecard approach with goals/targets developed by both WPS and the client to maximize best practices. Quarterly reviews are designed to track progress using the scorecard.

 Managed Document Services: the active management and optimization of document input, archival and retrieval to enhance business processes and workflow (to reduce paper output, increase efficiencies and reduce carbon footprint).

 Change Management Services: this is the most difficult of services and involves review, re-design, training and implementation of business processes.
