Four signs of depreciating health If you have been a victim to the twenty first century’s corrupt lifestyle, it should not be difficult to believe that you might be prone to diseases. If your latest visit to the doctor has given you shivers because he told you that you are developing cancer, had a stroke or a were going to have a heart attack; it is about time that you make some changes in your lifestyle. However, you should not wait until your doctor gives you a final result; your body actually starts giving you signs that your health is deteriorating. However, you fail to realize so just because you are working too hard on your relationship, your promotion or just because you are enjoying your life. Here are some signs that can notify you of upcoming dangers:

1. Poor quality of sleep At night, the hormone that causes stress- “cortisol” goes down to minimum levels in the blood stream. This allows our brain to go to sleep and subsequently recharge. Insomniacs are usually unable to sleep because their cortisol levels are abnormally high after sun down. This can be because of too many flightor-fight responses in the body through the day. The high stress response can turn off your body’s natural response system.

2. You are shrinking As absurd as it might sound, shrinking is actually possible. If you just went to your doctor to discover that your height has decreased by half an inch; it could be because your bones are a victim to damage as a result of osteoporosis. Growing old and aging does not necessarily cause bone loss. You can have good bones throughout your life if you keep consuming natural vitamin D and calcium.

3. Your skin is depicting problems If you notice that your skin is always acting weird. Whether it be developing acne, eczema, dryness, allergic reactions or any other unusual diseases; it is a cry for help that needs to be heard instantly. This is only because of a lack of vitamins in the body; which can be caused due to a natural lack of vitamin intake, due to heavy drinking, drug consumption or stress. Either ways, the lack of vitamins in the body can lead to a weakened immune system, which can leave the body vulnerable to many diseases.

4. You have too much weight around you belly In case you are gaining too much weight around your belly and starting to feel weak and unproductive. It is about time that you start working out. Lethargy and sluggishness can lead to a number of diseases including weaker bones, stress, depression, weakened immune system, heart diseases and much more.
