With effect from 01/09/2024 your previous policy and your new policy have various differences in covers, definitions, conditions and exclusions. This may include increases or decreases to any excesses that are applicable to the various covers under your policy. Please read the covers, conditions and exclusions within your schedule, endorsements and policy wording for full details.
• Your cancellation rights have been amended
• Definition for Fungal Pathogens has been included
• The definition of You, Your, Yours, Insured has been amended
• Policy condition 11 Joint Insured has been replaced with a new condition; 11 Multiple Insureds
• Policy condition 22 Subrogation waiver has been amended
• Policy exclusion 3 Electronic Risks has been replaced with a new exclusion; 3 Cyber
• Policy exclusion 4 Radioactive Contamination has been amended
• Policy exclusion Date Recognition has been amended
• Policy exclusion 8 Deliberate Loss or Damage has been added
• Policy exclusion 9 Fungal Pathogens has been added
• Section 1 Special benefit 25 c has been amended
• Section 2 definitions for Cyber Act and Cyber Event have been added
• Section 2 exclusion Motor Exclusion has been added
• Section 2 exclusion Electronic risk exclusion has been amended
• Section 2 exclusion Radioactive contamination exclusion has been amended
• Section 6, Legal Expenses, has been removed
