The Baldwin Beach Express is now open. From I-10 take Exit #49 and avoid over 25 traffic lights. Kaiser Vacation Direct guests can travel directly to their property. To come to the Kaiser Realty by Wyndham Vacation Rentals office, take Canal Road to Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores, turn left onto Hwy. 59 and the office is 0.4 miles on the right.

Preparation: 1. Cook sausage in a large Dutch oven over medium heat, stirring often, 5 to 7 minutes or until browned. Remove sausage using a slotted spoon; reserve drippings in Dutch oven. Drain sausage on paper towels. 2. Stir oil into drippings. Cook shrimp, in batches, in hot drippings over medium-high heat 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until opaque; remove with slotted spoon. Reduce heat to medium. 3. Sauté onion and celery in Dutch oven over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Add garlic, and sauté 1 minute. Stir in wine, and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until reduced by half. Stir in broth and next 7 ingredients, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Whisk in grits; return mixture to a boil, whisking constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer, stirring occasionally, 20 to 25 minutes or until thickened. Stir in oregano, reserved sausage, and shrimp. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 more minutes. 65

In all of our properties, you will be provided: • Bed linens*, blankets, and pillows • Essential kitchen items • Start-up supply of soap and paper products • Start-up supply of towels** (don’t forget to bring your beach towels) * Linens for monthly stays are not included, but are available for a nominal fee. ** Additional towel packages are available for a nominal fee. Kaiser Realty wants your stay to be relaxing and enjoyable, so we make every effort to maintain our vacation rental properties in their best possible condition. Any necessary repairs during your stay will be handled as quickly as possible. However, no rent refunds will be made for malfunctions. No property will be rented to persons other than families, married couples, and adults who are 25 years of age or older. The renter must closely and personally supervise all occupants of a property under the age of 25 years. Single persons under 25 years of age will not be permitted to check-in. Any reservation obtained under false pretense may be subject to loss of rent and/or eviction.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT • Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. • Unless otherwise notified your check in location is at the Gulf Shores Office - 1557 Gulf Shores Parkway (¼ mile south of the Intracoastal Bridge on the right) • If arrival is after 8:00 p.m., please call ahead for arrival instructions • Properties with hard keys will receive two sets of keys at check-in - If the guest is locked out of your property after hours, security may charge a $25 re-entry fee • In order to uphold housekeeping standards, some properties may need extra cleaning time and check-in may be delayed ~ We appreciate your patience as we prepare your property • Check-out is 10:00 a.m. Guest cooperation in adhering to this is appreciated, as housekeeping must have time to prepare the property for the next guest • The day prior to check-out (if we have a valid mobile number), guests will receive a notification with check-out instructions; or keys can simply be returned at the drive-up window at the Gulf Shores office • Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in advance and in writing by Kaiser Realty by Wyndham Vacation Rentals management and presented at check-in.

House parties are not allowed. Please contact the Kaiser Realty by Wyndham Vacation Rentals Group Sales Manager for accommodations and rates for large group functions, weddings, or business retreats. It is IMPORTANT TO NOTE that additional city ordinances / restrictions and fees apply. Contact the Group Sales Manager for details to avoid eviction. Please be advised that some vacation properties are for sale. We will do our best to avoid an intrusion upon your vacation. However, if the need arises to show a property to a prospective buyer during your stay, an appointment will be scheduled with you in advance. PARKING Here at the beach, parking is limited. Please make travel plans accordingly to avoid any inconvenience at arrival. • Condominiums - 1 to 2 vehicle passes per reservation (determined by the condominium Home Owners Association) - Some properties oﬀer boat trailer parking and pier facilities, otherwise, boats, trailers, jet skis, and motor homes are not permitted in the complex parking lots • Homes - parking space varies, ask our Reservation Professionals for details - Motor home/travel trailer hook-up is not allowed as it over occupies the property CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES Though you will not ever want to, if you ﬁnd it necessary to cancel a reservation or change dates, Kaiser Realty by Wyndham Vacation Rentals must be given advance notice in order to receive a refund of the advance rent less a $40 cancellation fee. The $99 reservation processing fee is separate and is not refundable. • Condominium Reservations - 30 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays - Weekly reservations in summer season cannot be shortened WVRal.com
