How to install an External Timber Doorset Our products are speciďŹ cally designed with installation in mind. By following the steps below installation of one of our Doorsets should take no longer than half a day.

Remove packaging and inspect XL Doorset prior to installation

Place frame into opening

Ensure frame is square using a spirit level and ďŹ x the door to the wall using suitable frame ďŹ xers

Seal the gap between the frame and the surrounding structure

Remove the protruding horns from the head and the cill then treat the exposed edges with a high build external door stain

Place door on the frame
