Estados Unidos Jornada de protestas en 170 ciudades de EE.UU. por la decisión en Ferguson – CNN Luego de conocerse que el fiscal Robert Mc Culloch no imputo ningún cargo al Oficial Darren Wilson por matar a Michael Brown, miles de personas salieron a protestar en las principales ciudades del país como rechazo a la decisión instaurada. Avenidas, túneles, puentes y lugares de importancia fueron bloqueados por los manifestantes. Durante los hechos la policía se mantuvo presente para controlar las acciones emprendidas por los protestantes. Dispara a niño que llevaba arma de juguete – El Tiempo El pasado miércoles, fue publicado en Estados Unidos, un video de vigilancia donde se evidencia el momento en que un policía dispara a un niño negro de 12 años de edad, en el momento en que este se encontraba jugando con una pistola de juguete en el parque. El menor murió el pasado 23 de noviembre en un hospital de Cleveland, Ohio. Un periodista estadounidense rehén en una parte remota del este de Yemen por la filial de Al Qaeda en ese país fue uno de los principales objetivos de una redada antes del amanecer llevado a cabo esta semana por un comando de operaciones especiales de Estados Unidos y las tropas yemeníes, según funcionarios estadounidenses y yemeníes. EE.UU. extiende misión militar en Afganistán más allá de 2014 – BBC Mundo
El presidente Barack Obama anunció el pasado viernes, su autorización para extender la capacidad militar en Afganistán a partir de 2015. Lo anterior, teniendo en cuenta el avance que ha tenido el grupo Estado Islámico en Iraq y Siria. Tiroteo en universidad estatal de Florida deja tres heridos; el atacante fue abatido – CNN
El pasado jueves 20 de noviembre, un hombre ingreso armado a la biblioteca de la Universidad Estatal de Florida realizando varios disparos contra los estudiantes que se encontraban estudiando en el lugar. Durante el hecho, 3 personas resultaron heridas. Según información proporcionada por la policía, hasta el momento se desconoce si el pistolero era estudiante de la institución.

Europa Ucrania celebrará el referéndum de la OTAN- BBC
El Presidente ucraniano Petro Poroshenko informó en una conferencia de prensa que el gobierno ucraniano estaba trabajando para cumplir los criterios que se le exigen para poder entrar en la OTAN y que la decisión sería votada por referendo. Por otra parte, Dmitry Peskov, portavoz del gobierno ruso manifestó que la adhesión de Ucrania a la OTAN sería una violación de promesas históricas hecha con Estados Unidos de evitar acercarse a las fronteras rusas. Londres sospechosos de terrorismo 'inspirados en ISIS' para trazar decapitación, tribunal escucha -CNN

La Fiscalía británica informó que tres hombres de ese país fueron acusados de conspirar para decapitar a una persona al azar en Londres, inspirados en el discurso del grupo terrorista ISIS en el que se legitiman este tipo de actos en contra de los infieles. Los tres hombres eran Nadir Sayed, de 21 años; Yousaf Syed de 19 años y Haseeb Hamayoon de 27 años. Durante ésta captura se solicitó apoyo de la policía armada, lo cual no es frecuente, debido a la gravedad de los hechos.

Lucha contra el terrorismo y la ley de seguridad: propuestas y trampas—The Guardian
La Ministra del Interior británica, Theresa May informó que el gobierno tiene especial interés en un proyecto de ley que se pasó al parlamento para la lucha contra el terrorismo. Esta ley busca frenar la escalada de intentos de ataques terroristas del grupo fundamentalista ISIS en territorio británico. El gobierno busca la unidad de los partidos políticos para la aprobación de la ley en las próximas elecciones parlamentarias. Investigación sobre reclamaciones de violación contra el Ejército Republicano Irlandés– The New York Times
La policía y agencias de protección infantil irlandesas, están investigando casos de violaciones y abusos sexuales en los cuales están implicados cerca de 30 ex miembros del Ejército Republicano Irlandés sucedidos durante en conflicto en Irlanda del Norte. Gerry Adams, presidente del partido nacionalista irlandés, el cual tenía vínculos con el grupo IRA, aceptó que expulsó y ejecutó varios implicados de delitos sexuales. ONU critica a Irán, Siria sobrepasa el registro de derechos—Al-Arabiya
El Comité de Derechos Humanos de la ONU adoptó el martes dos resoluciones condenando enérgicamente a Irán y Siria con respecto al registro de Derechos Humanos. Más de 120 estados miembros votaron a favor de una resolución que condena "el grave deterioro de la situación de los derechos humanos" en Siria. Sólo 13 estados rechazaron y 47 abstenciones. En cuanto a la situación de los derechos en Irán, 78 países apoyaron la resolución, 35 votaron en contra, mientras que 69 se abstuvieron.

Según la Organización Mundial de la Salud, la capital de Madagascar, Antannarivo, está al borde de sufrir un brote masivo de la peste, que hasta el momento ha matado a 40 personas en el país, de los cuales 119 han sido confirmados de tener esta enfermedad bacteriana. Además, la organización advirtió que tras el precario sistema de salud del país, la bacteria podría propagarse significativamente afectando a miles de habitantes. Boko Haram asesina a 48 pescadores cerca a Chad – BBC News
Un nuevo ataque hecho por el grupo islamista Boko Haram en Nigeria cerca de la frontera con Chad ha sido informado por parte de las autoridades nigerianas. Esta vez, 48 pescadores fueron las víctimas mortales tras un hecho de barbarie, pues según pobladores de la zona afirman que el grupo terrorista Boko Haram torturó a los pescadores. Sudan y Rebeldes en la region del Darfur inician diálogos de paz—The New York Times

The Irish police and child protection agencies are investigating cases of rape and sexual abuse in which they are involved about 30 former members of the Irish Republican Army occurred during the conflict in Northern Ireland. He also said Western sanctions made in reprisal had not taken by surprise because he foresaw that the annexation of Crimea would manageable consequences for the country. Asia Palestinians suffer Israeli settler reprisal –AL Jazeera Just hours after the attack, Israeli settlers attacked a school in the village of Urif, south of Nablus, in the occupied West Bank. China and Australia have struck a major free trade deal to remove tariffs from 95 per cent of Australian goods in return for more investment opportunities for Chinese companies. In return, private Chinese companies will be able to buy Australian firms worth up to AUD1.08 billion (£600 million) without coming under government scrutiny.
