T
he coming year will be filled with hopes and dreams, goals; challenges; unexpected events and circumstances; and all the while that we’re going through the motions, acting upon and reacting to life, the magic of living moment by moment often escapes us. This month Revue’s 10th Annual Photo Issue is filled with images, captured by 85 photographers, that conjure inspiration, contemplation, joy, sorrow, pleasure and amusement. In the coming year, may we all take time to smell the flowers, to feed our souls and to live a life filled with gratitude at the sights and sounds of the golden moments in time. —John & Terry Kovick Biskovich

What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us. —Henry Stanley Haskins
New Year’s eve is like every other night; there is no pause in the march of the universe, no breathless moment of silence among created things that the passage of another twelve months may be noted; and yet no man has quite the same thoughts this evening that come with the coming of darkness on other nights. —Hamilton Wright Mabie
