Highlights of new custom homes featured on the Parade include a Built-Green Platinum, Smart Homeand Energy Star-certified North Vancouver home with separate coach house, and an R2000 greencompliant home in Vancouver with a suite and in-ground parking, featuring spectacular views from its rooftop lounge.
Whole-home renovations on the Parade showcase the transformation of a variety of home types, including the reworking of a 1970s Vancouver Special, the updating of a 1940s Burnaby home into a forward-thinking house, and the perfect modernization of a craftsman-style home in Surrey.
