First of all thank you so very very much for the lovely basket! That was so so nice! Mike & I want to let everyone at the Fraser Elliott Group know how impressed we were- and how thankful we are that we hired you to sell our home. I honestly can say with the exception of selling the home we loved- the experience was unbelievably painless. It took us a couple of months to decide we were going to list. Garrett came and met with us, then we called you back a month later. Fraser came to meet with us- we still weren't sure! Garrett & Fraser did not push. Then we called again and they both came! They spent hours with us- answering our questions, and offering tips. They were so so patient. We finally signed on the dotted line. Garrett & Fraser suggested a listing price of over $300,000 compared to other Realtors®. They said if we were patient, they thought we could get that price or close to it! They said they could price the house to sell in a day or two-but felt we would leave money on the table. When we decided on a list price, they also warned us there would likely not be bidding wars at that price point, nor would we sell in a day. Everything they told us- came true. I was a little nervous the house wouldn't sell because they didn't do open houses. Not having open houses was wonderful! We got a few people looking each week- apparently if they are serious buyers- that is all we need. Garrett gave an appraisal for my home and I considered other realtors, but Garrett's straightforward approach and no pressure attitude led me to list with him. I had reservations about selling during the winter especially after the major snowstorms we have experienced. They sent out a photographer who had to wade in a foot of snow to photograph the outside and despite the weather, the realtor's open house still took place shortly after.
