Mike & I want to let everyone at the Fraser Elliott Group know how impressed we were- and how thankful we are that we hired you to sell our home. I honestly can say with the exception of selling the home we loved- the experience was unbelievably painless. It took us a couple of months to decide we were going to list. Garrett came and met with us, then we called you back a month later. Fraser came to meet with us- we still weren't sure! Garrett & Fraser did not push. Then we called again and they both came! They spent hours with us- answering our questions, and offering tips. They were so so patient. We finally signed on the dotted line. Garrett gave an appraisal for my home and I considered other realtors, but Garrett's straightforward approach and no pressure attitude led me to list with him. I had reservations about selling during the winter especially after the major snowstorms we have experienced.
