CLUB FEES: Subscriptions and other fees listed in this Fee Schedule apply from 1 May 2014. Subscriptions are charged annually unless members elect to pay quarterly. In this case a premium of 4% will apply. Please note that all prices listed below are inclusive of GST. Student Discounts: A discount on fees is available for full time students. Contact the Membership Administrator for details. Slipping Facilities: These are booked through the shipwrights. Slipping rates are listed below. Non members’ vessels are subject to the General Manager’s approval and attract a premium of 20% on fees. Maximum booking time on slips between the months of September and March is three days. Longer periods are available but only with the approval of the General Manager and subject to other bookings. Maintenance Hardstanding: During the sailing season hardstanding for maintenance other than space for the mobile cradles is restricted to the area immediately adjacent to the slips for two to three vessels and a small area on the western boundary fence. In winter, hardstanding for maintenance extends on to the car parking area south and west of the slips and the shed on the western boundary. MARINA: No member may place a vessel in the marina unless it is on the Club register and has a current Marina Safety Compliance Inspection. PEN FEES: Pen fees for 2014/2015 are based on a rate of $65.88 (inc) per square metre of pen plus $200.00 (inc) for catwalks (where applicable). A refundable pen rental deposit equal to 1.14 times the annual pen rental is payable on allocation. Fees are charged annually unless members elect to pay quarterly. In this case a premium of 4% will apply. Pens are allocated by the Committee, however the General Manager may make temporary allocations. BOAT SECURITY FEE: The annual fee is equal to 8% of the annual pen rental fee or hardstanding bay. HOISTS: Members with vessels weighing less than three tonnes may be issued a hoist key on an annual payment of $143.00. Casual use is charged at $42.00 per day. HOUSE SUPPORT: Full Ordinary and Senior members are required to incur a minimum credit expenditure for Club bar, catering and merchandise services totalling $180 and $90 respectively during each six month period to the last Thursday in October and April. Members whose credit purchases total less than $180 as at the last Thursday in October and April will have their Club account debited with an amount equal to the shortfall.
MOORINGS: No member shall place a vessel on a Club mooring or put a mooring down in the Club lease area without prior approval. The fee for a Club mooring is $828.00 per annum. CLUB SUBSCRIPTIONS: TYPE OF MEMBERSHIP
