Richard Gentle Born 1961, Gloucestershire, England, UK. In 1966 his family moved to Leicestershire where Richard, together with his younger brother and sister, enjoyed a very creative childhood in countrified surroundings. It was here that he started using his creative imagination to build ride-in vehicles and inventions. He also became aware of a spiritual side to his personality at age 7, but was only able to really identify it as such several years later from the age of 18. In 1972 the family moved to Yorkshire. Although Richard has left and returned a number of times, he moved back permanently in 2004. Richard is the author of several books, including ‘Quantum Mass Superstructures: Creating the world you experience’ – which this book follows on from in its exploration and ‘How We Perform Negative Miracles’ – an introduction to creating personal reality. He is also a healer of over 30 years practice and has written about Crystal Wand Healing and directing the path of photons using conscious mental focus. Once described by a mathematician friend as a ‘polymath’, Richard explores the world from a variety of perspectives. He has worked in schools, colleges and a university, as a teacher, adviser and instructor; built information websites for special interest groups, such as music projects and clubs, artists and self-help facilitators; exhibited photography and light sculpture; and worked with a number of creative thinkers and scientists from around the world. Richard was personally invited by Walter De Brouwer to work for Starlab in Brussels in 2000 and he produced a number of projects in the areas of new technology toys (Story Book Creator) and helpful technologies (objects that know they are not there – later to become RF tagging). In October 2011, Richard attended a reunion at Starlab in Barcelona and presented a talk on Quantum Mass Superstructures, before returning to England to write a book on the subject. He now elaborates on his discoveries in this book.

Introduction Many things have been said about life on Earth and ‘the human condition’. However, it is only now that more people are truly beginning to understand what life is about. Of course, you will only see this book if you are ready for the information it contains and you will probably come up against people who either dismiss it as rubbish or do not want it to change their understanding of their personal experience. In many ways, most people are quite content to remain in the lifestyles they have become accustomed to – albeit often at an unconscious level. Some people like to remain asleep or unconscious in their awareness. After all, the main reason for being on the Earth is to become physical, experience separation from our conscious, ‘All That Is’ origin and experiment with creating new realities and relationships. Despite our general acceptance of living in a physical world, large numbers of people are growing increasingly uneasy and aware of a nagging ‘something’ in the back of their minds; a disquiet that will not go away. This is a message from the conscious collective – the source or ‘All That Is’ – of which we are all inextricably connected, that all is not well in the playground. We feel this message because we are not the separate people we think we are. So what is the message? Well, perhaps it comes in two parts: We are not creating in the best ways that serve us; and if we continue to focus on the reality we have formed and not the reality we desire, many will be removed. There are too many negatively selfish people in the playground who are causing damage. The opportunity to pull back from destroying the equipment has passed. In order to protect what is left, and give the playground chance to recover, vast numbers will have to be removed. Density will be shed and a new, more beneficial frequency of vibration will take over – enabling self-actualized [human] source to access dimensions, as of yet only dreamed about.” But don’t let me put you off reading further – you may just come up with a solution to resolve things differently.

More Than You Think The experience We are commonly born into the world of physical existence from the physical union of our parents’ egg and sperm. We develop and grow in size and awareness – learning about the environment we are in and exploring its possibilities (often within the confines determined by those who are around us). We develop understandings of pleasure and pain; joy and sadness; love and hate; security and fear, etc. We then spend the remainder of our years on the planet, wondering what life is all about; why we are here; and whether or not we continue in any way after physical death. Oh, and along with all the above, most of us complain incessantly that nothing in the world is to our personal liking! Why do we need to explore the physical universe?
We come from the consciousness of “All that Is” and assume physical form in a physical world. At this point, most of us forget who we are and rely on other physical humans (our parents or guardians) to inform us. Of course, they inform us in physical terms, in the context of their own perception of the reality we now 1
share – and mostly, they have also forgotten who they are – never mind who anyone else is! It’s a classic case of the proverbial, “blind leading the blind”. The only difference being that those that have already had some experience in the physical domain can at least help with the basics of survival until the new individual has become acquainted enough to look after him/her self. Joining the game The analogies of the world being like a stage; like a film at a cinema; or a computer/video game; are all good at conveying the concepts of observers and participants. Observers see the game being played by others and want to join in. The players are already in the game and very much immersed in its reality. Of course, you cannot ‘know’ the game until you have had a direct experience of it. The world as a playground is a friendly mirror of these analogies. Consciousness [‘All That Is’] decides to self-actualize in a physical context [creating the physical universe and the physical planet, Earth and numerous forms of ‘life’] in order to develop, learn and create, in ways that simply are not possible in the other realms of consciousness. However, in order to get the most out of the experience of living physically, consciousness also has to lose primary awareness of its self. To this end, it creates separate entities, some of which become humanoid. Furthermore, if consciousness is going to become physical, the energy involved is so vast and powerful that it needs a physical container that can both support it and interpret the physical experience whilst still having just enough connection to provide feedback to the All That Is. This is why the physical body and its brain are so immensely complex. The closest metaphor I can provide to helping you understand the nature of ‘transferred’ consciousness to another form is “Avatar” 1; 1
The human hero of the story is transferred to an avatar body, identical to the 10-foot tall, blueskinned, tailed, sapient humanoids who inhabit a poisonous-to-air-breathing-humans environment on the beautiful moon of Pandora. His mission: to persuade the inhabitants to move away from a rich

(the 2009 film, directed by James Cameron). You can find details of this on the Internet. Preparation Our chosen roles collectively express every form of physical experience that is available and, from an outside observer’s perspective [looking at the game] it is believed by many that we choose the point at which we would like to enter – rather like joining the motorway from a slip road. It is also possible that we select the makers of our player [our parents] and our circumstances for entry. We perhaps have some idea of how we want to progress through the game and what our objectives are going to be. Perspective In the 1949 black and white film, ‘The Third Man’ (written by Graham Greene), there is a scene in the compartment of a Ferris Wheel with Harry Lime and an agent sent to track him down. As their compartment reaches the top, he asks Harry Lime: “Have you ever seen any of your victims?” Lime opens the compartment door and says: “Look down there. Would you really feel any pity if one of those dots stopped moving forever?" At a distance from something, we often see it as insignificant or straight forward. It’s easy to view something from afar and maintain control though non-attachment. In the same way, looking at the Earth from space is beautiful to behold. Even travelling on an aeroplane on a clear day, looking down at the landscape, either urban or rural, seems somehow peaceful and inviting and we also, in a sense, may feel invincible in that moment. Moving lower, perhaps standing on the top of a tall building, more of a sense of the world’s hustle and bustle is felt. Then, at ground level, we lose mining vein. The hero climbs into a special life-supporting pod and his conscious awareness is transferred to the avatar body created for him. He can now function and interact physically, on Pandora, in comparative safety while he gets to know the tribe and the environment.

our view to streets and buildings. This is a far cry from viewing the world from a distance in an elevated position. Suddenly, another human approaches us with a handful of leaflets. Now we are forced into a state of ground-level engagement. Having an overview of something probably helps you to engage at a finer level. Without knowledge of the ‘bigger picture’ it is easy to believe that the fine detail is all that exists – and if you do not like the bit of detail you are caught up in experiencing, then you feel unhappy and unmotivated. When games go wrong This brings us to a point where we enter the game and forget what we were previously. We are now presented with a series of physical events embroiled in a set of circumstances that easily confuse us. Although we gradually learn to cope in our new environment, things keep changing and we do not feel we have much control over what is happening “to us” from “out there” and to us, by “everyone” and “everything else!” After a while, instead of looking forward to the next day of our game play, some of us start to ask: “Why am I here? Why am I in this environment? What am I supposed to do? No one in their right mind would have chosen this existence!”

By now, we are completely detached – separated from our conscious origin. The fun-looking game we originally joined has now become the reality of entrapped human experience. Our small creature that saw the wonderful food becomes ensnared on the first bite. (This is probably what happened to Adam and Eve in biblical history. Once the first humans had sampled the new delights of a physical reality, they could never be content to stay in consciousonly suspension). However, having accepted a physical reality, they now had to spend a measure of ‘time’ locked into it – with all that this entailed. Rules and levels At some point in the creation of physicality, some basic ‘ground rules’ had to exist for the game to function. As with a computer game’s programmer, a decision has to be made on the parameters of the game and what is allowed and what is not. Likewise, the game of physical existence started with some rules [universal laws] and then went through an evolutionary process of ‘fine-tweaking’ to ensure that the game would continue to run smoothly. In fact, the programming of the game is being fine-tuned all of the time, as more players contribute to the game and the way they see its potential expansion. Alongside the basic rules, there are ‘levels’ within the game that humans can progress through. Let’s say [arbitrarily] we all start at level 1 and eventually arrive at level 9. This may take many physical lifetimes to achieve. Throughout the course of each level, we gather both wisdom and detritus; tools and baggage. We climb ladders and slip down snakes. We move across the board, trying to avoid hazards and penalties… hoping to land on ‘take a chance’ or ‘pass ‘go’ and collect 200’. Occasionally, we deviate from our chosen path. Sometimes we may find hidden treasure; a new bit of information or a new tool, to help us proceed through the current level more quickly.

Then, we reach the end of level 1 and begin level 2. Level 2 has some clever tricks to play on us. In level 1 we overcame a problem and it took several attempts before we achieved our goal. In level 2, the same problem tries to trip us up by assuming a different guise. Eventually, our wisdom kicks in and we recognise the behaviour that is producing the same problem in level 2 that we thought we had overcome at the end of level 1. After all, what use is a test if it is given again in exactly the same way as the first time? All of this forms the process of evolution that we have now become used to witnessing throughout our physical world and universe. In some areas, we perceive that evolution may have slowed down or, from our perspective, stopped. Perhaps this particular evolutionary process has reached a level of perfection that cannot be improved upon – although Abraham 2 would rightly say that the physical environment, with its contrasts, has deep purpose of inspiring new ideas; perfection is no more expansion! Realise too, that there are many evolutionary processes that do not match our own perceptions of time. For example, a stone may appear ‘dead’ to us and an insect that lives for only a day may seem pointless! On the other hand, from the perspective of a stone, individual humans do not last very long. Writing the program As with all program writing, you start with an idea and develop it. In fact, many of the earliest religious scripts and books give clues to the beginnings of the physical program. However, much of what we are left with has been reinterpreted to fit the language and understanding of whichever ages it first appeared in.

Changing the program
One example of the changing program is very well explained by Seth: In the early program…“When humans began to experiment with memory, there were innumerable instances where the emerging ego consciousness did not distinguish clearly enough between the past and the present. The past in the present would appear so brilliantly that humans could not react adequately in circumstances of time that they themselves had created. [Also], the future was blocked, practically speaking, to preserve freedom of action and so encourage physical exploration, curiosity, and creativity. With memory, however, mental projections into the future were possible so that humans could plan their activities in time, and force probable events3. "Ghost images" of the future probabilities always acted as mental stimuli for physical explorations in all areas, and of all kinds. These ghost images provided stimuli for mental, spiritual, and physical experience.”4

The difference between soul and consciousness Consciousness is not physical matter. However, I would qualify this statement by saying that it does affect physical matter and this, we can observe and measure and will continue to get better at measuring/detecting, etc. For example, we can measure some of the emanations of consciousness, as they connect with physical particles, e.g. brainwaves. Consciousness is the 'unifying field' of everything, the 'All That Is' of popular spirituality and mysticism, the source of everything and the illusive zero point field of science. Soul is the individualized component of the collective consciousness that can acknowledge its self-realization and enable a detached physical expression of consciousness to experience a physical reality in the terms of 'separateness' we currently understand as being individual, physical beings. Love and Nothing Love is the driving force of consciousness. Without love being the dominant force, nothing physical could manifest. If physical ‘life’ ever managed to start anything, it would constantly destroy itself. Nothing is a human construct to make sense of something that the human being can understand in his/her terms and frame of reference. In actuality, there was never any ‘nothing’. Humans are obsessed with having beginnings, middles and ends. Everything is and always has been consciousness. Everything ‘physical’ has come from consciousness and all of the universal ‘laws’ and expansions of physical expression, have come from this same consciousness. There is ‘no beginning’ and ‘no end’ – except in the physical microcosms of physical vastness, where many different scenarios are experimented with and played out. 8
Physical and non-physical My views are not intended to take anything away from scientific investigation, but this can only be applied to anything that can occur or be created from the physical reality which originates from 'universal conscious mind'. We can continue to explore everything physical and learn many things about how the physical universe works and this may offer us a deeper understanding of how the non-physical [conscious] universe behaves and interacts with its physical components. I think the biggest confusion that most people have with discussing the quantum world of physics, and the consciousness which drives everything in the universe, is that they insist that everything is physical at every level. If you cannot physically isolate it, then it is not there! Furthermore, individual people quite literally create their physical experience of reality out of the illusion that experience of physical reality comes from outside of them, rather than being a projection from themselves. The reason that anyone can agree on the same outcome is only because of resonance between one another, coupled with the quantum mass superstructure agreement that solidifies physical elements of reality into recognisable bits and things for individuals to recognise in their own or collective group reality. At an individual level, you even create in your reality, those who agree or disagree with you. This is quite a complex situation to really appreciate and it often creates quite a lot of arguments. It can also take quite a while to really understand and for this reason alone, it cannot be discussed in a purely scientific, empirical way. Also at an individual level, all of our personal experience is similar to having a tailored suit made; all of our experience of absolutely everything, is created by us, to enable us to try out, learn, and experience, what we want to try out, learn, and experience – and 9
this level of 'existence' goes into the deepest psychological make-up of every individualized 'soul'. The whole process also relies on 100% responsibility for self. This is something that upsets people who are always quick to attribute everything that happens in their lives to other people, things, or events. When you create, for example, the circumstances of caring for another person, you both enter into a reciprocal agreement of playing the roles of carer and cared for and you build your game play together to fit your expectations. Bringing descriptions of physical life experience down to examples like this often causes outrage and accusations of being cruel, cold, or heartless. However, remember the Third Man and the Ferris Wheel mentioned earlier. Your outrage is at a level of submerged focus in detail – not the bigger picture. Creating reality and the importance of ego In order to keep humans focused on the physical game, they were given an ego.5 The ego was naturally focused on everything physical and convinced the consciousness in mind that only physical reality was worth acknowledging. It reinforced the sense of “I am” and “separateness” by asserting: “This is me and that is the world – out there!” This moment, was perhaps expressed best by René Descarte, when he announced: “I think, therefore, I am” – now as famous to philosophy as Albert Einstein’s: “E=MC 2” is to physics. Sharing reality Having entered into physical reality at birth, you inevitably enter into the collective reality of those closest to you. Their influence can, and does, affect your personal colouring of what you 5

experience and how you experience it. In some ways, this is a further illusion for you to overcome. The first illusion is that only physical reality exists. The second illusion is that other people around you ‘tell you’ how physical reality is and that you exist separately from everything else. Lastly, you are made aware of time and the differences of ‘now’ (the present) ‘then’ (the past) and ‘soon’ (the future). The three illusions of reality

from wave collapse. Without the presence of a conscious, observing participant, particles would simply be an expanding superposition7 with nothing definite ever happening. Having [inadvertently] formed and then interacted with solidity, it is easy to believe that everything is physical. It may be pertinent at this juncture to mention frequency and vibration. It is universally understood that many of the things we experience as solid, do in fact have vibrational fluidity. This vibration is controlled by frequency. Put simply, the higher the vibrational frequency, the less density – and vice versa. We also have resonance, where two or more frequencies affect one another – for example, banging on a drum causing something else in the room to vibrate; or hitting a tuning fork and then changing the tension in a guitar string to match the vibration [sound] emanating from the fork. In human terms, our thoughts and actions change our own vibratory nature. Lower quality energy increases our density and higher quality vibrational frequencies reduce our density. One thing that increases our density is our attachment to the physical world. Put simply, holding onto physical things. One example of this would be the accumulation of physical possessions; another example might be the over consumption of animal products; another might be strong emotional attachment to another person. All this increases our personal density. (As you read through this book, you will come to see the importance of decreasing our personal density). The Double-Slit Experiment One of the most famous (and perplexing) experiments ever encountered by physicists, has to be Thomas Young’s double-slit 7

experiment – first demonstrated in the early 19th Century to show the diffraction of waves. Here is a simplified description of the experiment: Part A (Single Slit) In the single slit experiment, a series of small particles (e.g. blasts of sand) are fired at a screen with one fine slit and towards a back recording wall, a little way beyond the screen. The resulting pattern on the back wall mirrors the path of the particles that managed to pass through the slit.
Part B (Double Slit) If a second slit is added to the screen, two bands of sand particles are created on the back wall:

However, if you perform a similar experiment at quantum level, using a stream of [particle] electrons instead of solid sand particles, it is found that the pattern produced on the back wall appears as several bands – not just the two bands we might logically expect to see from our experience of the first experiment with sand particles:
Immediately, this presents us with a conflict of understanding. The only way we can reproduce this effect at visible, physical level is to place the experiment in a tank with some water (filled to almost the middle of the two slits) and throw in one or more small pebbles. Ripples head towards the screen and a few manage to pass through the two slits – each slit producing a ripple on the other side of the screen. As the ripples (emerging from the two slits) spread outwards, they collide, producing an interference pattern that continues towards the back wall as ripples of different intensity.

So, with sand particles we get two bands and with electrons we get several bands. This therefore suggests that particles at quantum level behave both as particles and as waves. Part C In an attempt to double-check their findings, experimenters fired one electron at a time towards the screen – expecting to see two neat bands on the back wall as electrons passed through one slit or the other over time, just like particles of sand. Now, it gets really interesting. Everyone who tried this experiment found that several bands appeared on the back wall – just like the results from firing multiple electrons at the screen, resulting in the wave pattern. How could this be possible, if only one electron was fired at a time? The only way a wave formation could be produced, was by two particles, one through each slit, then colliding to create interference patterns. There was only one conclusion to be had from this experiment: The single electron particle split before reaching the slits and then passed through both simultaneously – colliding with itself on the

other side of the screen to create the interference pattern of waves that then created the multiple bands on the back wall. Part D Not being happy with this result, physicists decided they would have to set up a way to monitor how one particle behaved. With a detector in place to watch one of the slits, a single electron particle was fired towards the screen and a note made of whether or not it passed through the observed slit. This was again repeated over the course of an hour. To both the horror and amazement of the experimenters, the pattern that appeared on the back wall was only two bands! The electrons were suddenly behaving like the sand particles! How could this be? The very act of measuring (or observing) which slit the electron passed through, meant it only went through one; not both. The electron decided to act differently - as though it was aware it was being watched. This resulted in possibly the first amazing discovery of quantum physics: The observer collapsed the wave function – simply by observing!8 Classical superposition In classical physics, the superposition principle states that, for all linear systems, the net response at a given place and time, caused by 8

Left in this state, it will pass through both slits and produce its wave outcome. If the electron leaves the gun and is measured or observed before it reaches the screen with the slits, the wave of superposition collapses to a single state and point and if it does not hit the screen, it will pass through only one of the two slits and assume a classical particle outcome.

two or more stimuli, is the sum of the responses which would have been caused by each stimulus individually. Therefore, if input ‘A’ produces response ‘X’ and input ‘B’ produces response ‘Y’ then input ‘A + B’ produces response ‘X + Y’. Quantum superposition Quantum superposition shows that a physical system (e.g. an electron) exists partly in all of its particular, theoretically possible states simultaneously; but when measured, it gives a result corresponding to only one of its possible states. I would be interested to know if this experiment was ever expanded to see whether the ‘state’ of any single particle could be ‘fixed’ in different ‘pre-selected’ locations, i.e. if the position of observation/measurement remains identical, does the state of the particle always ‘manifest’ in the same position? By changing the location of the observer, would the physical particle state manifest somewhere different? 2. You are separate from everything else Physical space is just the construct that gives the illusion that there are separate objects. Indeed, if quantum entanglement 9 existed at the time of the ‘big bang’, then everything is still touching. This means that everyone and everything is still connected in some way with everything else. This was most notably illustrated (at planetary [Earth] level) by the Gaia hypothesis 10 relating to the planetary connection of all things. 9
When two or more particles interact, their wave function becomes entangled in such a way that some properties of each are now dependent on what happens to the other. If separated (over any distance) without any influence, both will maintain indefinite states. However, when a measurement is made on one, its state will become a definite value and the other particle will behave in a corresponding and opposite way; so if particle ‘A’ starts an upwards spin, particle ‘B’ will start a simultaneous downwards spin. 10
The Gaia hypothesis, theory, or principle, proposes that all organisms and their inorganic surroundings on Earth are closely integrated to form a single self-regulating complex system and that any change on one thing causes an effect on everything else in the system.

Our lives are very much about ‘relationship’ – relationship to and with, not only other ‘beings’, but also with other ‘things’; this ties in with ‘action and reaction’ (science) – ‘cause and effect’ (the eastern notion of Karma). The essence of this being that our connection with everything is far-reaching. This is why humankind was encouraged [biblically] to: ‘Do unto others as you would have done unto yourself’.11 This is also the basis for the positive power of universal love. Giving to others [unconditionally] and desiring the very best of anything possible for others – whether family, friends, creatures, or enemies – is the highest form of the expression of love and non-separateness (and also non-attachment). 3 Time exists and is linear – encompassing past, present and future
Perception of time is a progression from one moment to the next in linear succession. Memory of time gives us a sense of a past; living in the moment gives us a sense of presence, ‘now’; and imagining what might come next gives us a sense of something in the future. Linear time, coupled with our perception of space, enables us to enjoy a perceived period of time to experiment and assimilate 11

information and move freely in three-dimensional physical ways within our realm [the Earth]. However, all of this is an illusion and one way to describe this is by comparing it with our dream state. When we dream, we often move around freely and have what seem to be quite physical experiences – and yet we are physically asleep in mostly one position and location, while all of this experience is occurring. Although our cognitive understanding of our physical experience separates us from the sleeping dream world, i.e. we mostly know when we are awake compared to when we are asleep, we nevertheless can see how our experience and perception of linear time and three-dimensional space could quite easily be false. There have been several occasions in my dream states, when I have realised I was dreaming and then awoken – only to realise moments later that I only awoke within the dream state and not actually in my physical world. However, at the time of waking within the dream, the experience felt completely real. (I have a feeling that the only way we can know we are dreaming, is when aspects of the dream reality stop making any coherent sense and, in the lucid dreaming state, we question what we are experiencing. This explanation should not be confused with extreme reality experiences of winning the lottery or involvement in a sudden tragedy, etc., when you might believe you are dreaming – but you are not). Individual reality One of the problems with having an individual perspective on reality, but living in an environment shared by others, is that it will always be challenged until it can be authenticated by others in their own experience. This is possibly one reason why most people in the developed world have such difficulties with personal communication – whether between one and one other, or between one and several, or several and several.

By nature, as people gain in confidence and power, they want to impose more of their perception of their reality on others. ‘Weaker’ individuals will often act submissively to these suggestions from someone ‘more powerful’ and even elevate the status of such a person to someone with more understanding and knowledge than themselves. In the physical world, and with two strongly opposing views, a fight may ensue with the winner being the strongest physically and not necessarily the one who is correct. This then is a microcosm of larger groups who form societies, religions, or cults and go into battle to uphold their beliefs. It’s a sort of ‘survival of the [physically] fittest’ situation; a forced imposition of one view of what is real and valid over another. Group reality Group reality is not only the most productive; it is possibly the most distracting – and in purely physical terms, most dangerous – particularly when it involves a lot of masculine energy. When two or more people come together in action, the potential to ‘create more’ is expanded. However, it also produces gestalts. 12 This might also be described in another way as a collective subservience where acceptance of a situation is then believed to be a truth of what actually is – even if some participants are not wholly convinced. All further action is then based on the understanding and acceptance of this ‘ground rule’ belief – also sometimes referred to as an ‘axiom’.13 The acceptance of an axiom often allows further development of ideas, without having to ‘reinvent the wheel’, so-to-speak. By further analogy, having agreed that a wheel is the best method to employ for a particular task, you do not have to start again, wondering what your new bicycle frame should be mounted on. 12

You simply accept the notion of wheels and focus your attention on everything else. Once in a while, someone will look at an axiom and start to question whether or not it is ‘fit for purpose’; whether something could be modified in order to allow something ‘further down the line’ to ‘work better’ or change, etc. Continuing with the bicycle example – adding pneumatic tyres to the previously solid rims to improve traction, rim protection, and ride comfort – or developing lighter materials, smooth solid panels, and skin-tight air-resistant clothing – to increase travel velocity. Imagine, though, if it had been accepted that wheels were made with straight pieces formed into a round shape – perhaps because production of curves, for whatever reasons, had never been considered or possible.
It could be several years (in human terms) before someone suddenly realised there was a better way to make smooth circles. Think of the progress, in development and understanding, which could have been made if someone had realised this simple solution earlier and not just accepted that all wheels are made with straight pieces – just because that was ‘how it had always been done’! Also realise that many things seem much more ‘obvious after the event’ 21
and when they become actualized in other people’s conscious awareness. Of course, it is conceivable that for some evolutionary progress, we need to experience and learn as much as we can about walking before we consider the possibility of running. (Sorry for all the clichés – but they are broadly understood and help to express more simply, the thinking behind the discourse). In the same way, we might look at how we are improving our ‘green’ technology, with a move away from mass-exploiting some of the raw resources obtained from the Earth to achieve the same, but perhaps less damaging consequences. Sometimes, I think: “Why couldn’t we have had the ability to get cheap solar power from the sun to operate our electrical appliances from the start – instead of mining coal to run power stations?” You can apply this questioning to many 20th and 21st Century exploitations of the planet and its abundant natural resources – that we suddenly realise may not be quite so readily available in the future with the rate at which humanity (and its perceived needs) is continually expanding – and with more rapidity. Expanding the game Different people want to do different things. Let me offer one example. If you want to learn about the physical make-up of humans, it’s of limited use being on your own. Through a process of expansion and evolution, we now have a vast medical industry. For this to operate in our game, we not only require people who are doctors, nurses and surgeons, but we also need people who are willing to be patients requiring a variety of treatments and other people who want to be inventors of medicines, tools and materials. You can apply this example to every facet of physical human existence and experience. Just take anything and then see what role the different participants play in order for expansion of that game to progress. 22
This is why some people never have anything wrong with them and others do. For some people, the game of doctors and nurses is not what they have come to participate in. Again, you can apply this view to any facet of human experience in a physical universe. We may all like cars, but not everyone wants a Ford or a Nissan. Having said this, the majority of the ‘non-conscious’ population often subsume and adopt bits of reality from the more dominant players in the game. These people become leaders and manipulators of others. As long as you are a willing participant, then you will join a part of that person’s game plan and possibly, even do quite well in it. Everyone has a choice as to what they want to be and what they want to be involved in, or with. Consciously, each individual has to realise that he/she can make that choice at any and every stage of the game. Often, the only reason for not making a choice to change your game-play situation is fear of the repercussions of making such a choice. At such times when you want to change something, remember that the universe is essentially a safe place – unless you decide to make aspects of it unsafe in your perception of personal reality.14 People also have ‘comfort levels’ where they become used to something or a situation and naturally remain within the confines of its boundaries. Other people are also comfortable with you being the person they have come to know and understand. A sudden or apparent change in behaviour can be very threatening to their comfort level or fear of losing you as their [known quantity] friend. This is why alcoholics who come off the drink sometimes find that their friends behave in denial of their decision and continue to offer them excuses to have a drink. 14
I would add the caveat here, that most of us are operating within the rules and constraints of physical reality, so acting recklessly could still result in injury or physical death!

Recruitment into other realities For anyone who accepts radio, television, or any other form of media communication in their sense of reality, be aware that people use these mediums for recruitment into their realities and expansion of their game. For example, adverts for help with raising money for cancer treatment are also requests for more people to believe in cancer. Cancer is real and it exists in many physical realities – but you do not have to be part of that reality. In the same and opposite way – telling people that something is ‘bad’ for them often focuses their attention in adverse ways. Every time a smoker has to see a ‘smoking kills’ label on their tobacco or cigarettes, the subliminal message is not ‘give up’, the message is ‘you will die’. The fear that smoking may kill them brings that possibility into their reality. It does not necessarily stop them from wanting to smoke. A more powerful and positive message would be: ‘May be it’s time to quit’; or ‘You’d feel better smoking less’; or even, ‘you’d feel better not smoking’. This is a much better suggestion to the subliminal belief system and expresses a desirable preference rather than a fearful, doom-laden outcome… unless of course this is part of the campaign to recruit more cancer patients! In many ways, we have decided that fear of something is a more effective way of quickly controlling an expanding population of people than offering a positive alternative. We are often only offered two ‘incentives’ for doing anything: carrot or stick, as they say. Give someone something [money] or take something [money] away. This is why fining people with limited financial ability to pay for doing something ‘wrong’, is pointless. Surely it would be far more constructive for everyone if a few alternatives, such as a choice of ‘voluntary contribution to helping others’ options, could be offered to fit with the person’s existing daily lifestyle.

In a world largely governed by economic monetary exchange, most reasons for doing anything can be traced back to making money. Even the example of cancer recruitment advertising is about ensuring that enough illness can qualify for a larger amount of research money or income to support those involved in that area of reality. So there you have it; Mr Heartless has just ridden rough-shod over all those poor sickly people who, ‘through no fault of their own’ are ‘destined’ to endue a debilitating and painful existence where they or their friends will die a most appalling death. Fabricated guilt And just when you thought I’d stopped, here’s another thing that people use to manipulate others into their view of reality; guilt. When that person comes around collecting cash for all those suffering people, it’s extremely hard not to reach into your pocket for a donation. However, this is an imposition. No one should feel forced or coerced into giving if they do not agree with or accept something of another’s reality. And yet, we find ourselves running through a whole list of fears: • • • •
What will the collector think of me if I don’t contribute? What if others around me see that I am refusing to give? People are going to think I am selfish or un-caring Maybe I should give – just in case I need someone to help me one day? • What if it was my child, friend, etc., they were collecting for? Obviously, I could go on. The point is, any choice you make to do anything, should come from a place of love – not a place of fear or discomfort.

An old biblical story tells of a well-known spiritual teacher sitting with his friends outside a temple. Several rich people make grand gestures of taking out coins and dropping them noisily into temple collection boxes. Then, an old widow woman comes along and quietly drops two copper coins into one of the boxes. The spiritual leader turns to his friends and says: “See that old woman – she put more in those boxes than all of those rich people.” His friends look at him in disbelief. The teacher continues: “Those rich people still have plenty of money. That poor woman gave all that she has.” Education to help new entrants Learning and assimilating new information is not a linear process. Most learning is done in context and within the environment that the learning is taking place in. Yet, in our western society particularly, we insist on removing children from their natural environment and incarcerating them in walled buildings for between 12 and 14 years of their lives! In the same way that learning is not linear; neither is social change and advancement. Learning is an active and not a passive activity. Depth of understanding can only come from immersion in something you are interested in. At the time of writing, my experience in the UK is that our 13-19 education is dominated by political agendas and economic fearmongering. The potential for our education to produce thoughtful and inspired young people, who care about their world and want to develop a broad range of tools and skills to cope confidently in a range of diverse and ever-changing situations, has been undermined by a credit indebted consumer society, driven by self-serving aggrandisement and economic expansion, stoked by fiscal avarice. This has led to a widening division between those who have and those who do not – the former group controlling (as much as they can) the latter group. Where religion left off, personal debt and pernicious media reporting has taken over in controlling society. And if that is not control enough, the populations of the world are 26
informed that terrorists are hiding around every corner and therefore, we must all obey new rules and observe additional restrictions on personal liberty. This situation has become increasingly unsustainable and now puts us on the brink of extinction. Melodramatic, maybe, but it’s now ‘wake-up’ time for many societies – both in the current industrial west and also in the rapidly expanding ‘developing’ countries, such as (at the time of writing) China. If you remove fear and control from education 15 and exchange individual subject learning and narrow assessment for divergent thinking and awareness expansion, applied through project-led activities, where collaboration between, not only individuals, but also mixed age groups (as well as mixed genders and ethnicities), have validity to develop learning – then you have the basis for a much more sustainable and enriching educational experience. Couple this with educators who have real ability and high quality experience of the world in their specialist areas and you have the makings of a worthwhile education system. You can support this process with all the best technology in the world, but unless you have the fundamentals in place first, no amount of electronics is going to ‘solve’ the poor standard of formalised education many of us witness all too often. Furthermore, a balanced teaching of the physical, together with acknowledgement of the ‘source’ – the ‘All That Is’ – would go a long way to balance children as they grow up and interact with the physical environment. (I would avoid basing the ‘source’ information on any particular religion’s doctrines. I would still share and discuss the ideas of different religions, but it would not be helpful to promote a human construct of reality or values based on religious doctrines as being the only truths). Assessment must move from 'judgement' to 'acknowledgement' – where acknowledgement lists areas of success matched against a diverse range of desirable accomplishments – including personal thinking and empathy skills. Most assessment procedures result in ever diminishing returns and any knowledge you may have retained, 15

is often reduced to a single number or a letter of achievement in order to fit neatly into a data spreadsheet to inform a mostly ignorant adult population of their children’s and teachers’ worth. Forcing a situation in an attempt to produce specific commercial and economic outcomes will inevitably end in failure. In terms of knowledgeable people, instead of having two thirds who can, you produce two thirds who cannot. (In my experience, you can view most situations concerning groups of people as divisible by three!) Why is it so important to look after the Earth if everything is illusion and nothing really matters? The simple answer is in this question: Do you really want to trash the playground? Whilst the Earth may only be a physical manifestation, for consciousness to express aspects of itself in separate physical identity, it is nevertheless a very beautiful manifestation. Imagine that it is your child’s birthday and you give him/her a toy that has been talked about for most of the year; has been imagined in games; has inspired desire and promised so much fulfilment. The child opens the present with delight and anticipation. There it is; the long-awaited manifestation of the original desire. The child begins to play with the new toy and for several days, invents many scenarios and environments – gaining as much pleasure as possible – testing what is possible with this new acquisition. One day, he/she takes the toy to school to show others. The toy is much admired, but also coveted by some of the other children. In the struggle for ownership that follows, in the playground later, the toy drops to the ground and is accidentally stamped on in the scrum that ensues. A teacher rescues the situation, but the toy is scratched 28
and some pieces are bent or missing – broken off. The child cries with the pain of deep sadness; comparing what was with what now is. Now, amplify this small experience up to the size of the planet Earth. Now you really have something to cry about! It’s quite possible that the current game is nearing its end. Maybe it doesn’t matter if the Earth is damaged and physical life is eventually unsustainable. Maybe we will simply take our experiences back into consciousness – become ‘All That Is’ once more; remembering our physical experience in a perpetual state of dreaming… Or, perhaps, as many currently suggest, the world needs to shed the density we have all created. Perhaps it is time to not only ‘raise our game’, but also to raise our vibration to a higher level of consciousness so that we can move into a new game; perhaps a game that does not have the same physical dimensions or constraints of our current one. Players You are an individual – but you are not. You made the decision to leave the collective and transmute into the physical form awaiting your arrival at the perfect time. Like most players in the game, you selected the key components and attributes available to you and monitored the physical body and entry point location allotted to you. If this is not your first visit to the physical Earth, you may have some, ‘specific to you’ retained knowledge from previous times. Depending on your experience of consciousness and the ‘physical game’, more or less of this information will be accessible to you once in the physical conscious realm. The information is never lost – it’s simply that you will not always be able to access it consciously.

However, with practice and/or the right help from a teacher, some of this ‘hidden’ information will start to surface. Meeting others Sometimes, you come across others who have, like you, played the game before. Consciously, you feel a familiarity when you meet, although not everyone can recall with clarity the circumstances of knowing one another in a previous game. This, in a sense, is the eastern idea of reincarnation – where the individualized “soul” returns for another physical experience. It may be that this ‘renewed’ entrant wishes to explore completely new ideas or experiences; or perhaps further develop some aspects of game-play unresolved previously, for whatever reason – for example, early or unexpected physical death last time, or distraction from an area not fully explored by the personality in the physical time previously available. There is another view of why people return; linked to the eastern tradition of ‘Karma’ (cause and effect) and ‘caste’ (a hereditary social class structure), but this is often misunderstood as a return for atonement rather than an opportunity to expand understanding. Share nicely Many ‘spiritual leaders’ throughout history have expressed the importance of moderation, treating others as you would want to be treated, not stealing or coveting someone else’s situation or things. The message was often saying, ‘if you only take what you need, there will always be plenty for everyone’. It was also saying that you can have what you desire without taking it from another. However, as humans, we have often seen the potential to profit beyond our needs and not only to produce to meet demand, but to produce beyond demand and encourage other people to want more, regardless of personally perceived needs. We have entered the

world or avarice, exploitation, and personal inadequacy. This has also led to the ‘disposable’ society and mountains of our packaging waste and unused excess being buried in landfill sites or tipped into the world’s oceans. It has also increased our unnecessary cruelty to farming animals for food and destroying forests for animal grazing land. There are plenty more examples. You could liken this to two people playing the game of Monopoly – the popular board game where players move around areas of London, buying land and then populating it firstly with houses and then hotels. When an opposing player lands on someone else’s property, a fine has to be paid. Once the game reaches the point at which one player starts to collect on the other player landing on areas with houses or hotels, the game quickly ends when the ‘loser’ becomes bankrupt and can no longer pay the fines. The game has to end – for both players. Fear Humans acquire many things and then become attached to them – whether it is other people, animals, or material things. After this, they start to feel fear that they will lose the things that they have accrued and try to find ways to protect them. Other people have found that they can profit from such fear and the most common way, in commercialised civilizations, is to make monetary charges to ‘insure’ people against the possibility of loss… and in many cases, when a claim is made, refuse to pay out due to the lack of a correct fulfilment of some ‘small print’ clause! Fear takes many guises and this book is not intended to be a detailed explanation of them. At times in your life when fear arises, simply ask yourself: “Why am I afraid of… whatever it is?” See if your answers are based on your own experience or the hearsay of someone else’s. Then make a new decision about the way you feel

and the action you feel compelled to take. As was written in the first book of the Dune trilogy:16 “I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.” Leaving the game There are many ways to leave the game and possibly, some of them may not appear to be consciously chosen, such as early and unexpected physical death, perhaps through illness, murder, or accident, where the physical body can then no longer support the conscious life-force within it. (In our physical reality, we don’t have safety protocols like Star Trek ‘Voyager’s Holodecks!)17 Usually, it is a conscious choice to leave (albeit appearing as unconscious to the individual concerned) in any manner of ways, and for any number of chosen reasons. Sometimes the choice to leave is not understood, in as much as a last-minute choice could have been made to stay – had the individual even considered the possibility. (Perhaps the equivalent to the Holodeck safety protocol mentioned above). Suicide is another way to choose to leave. However, this should probably be a last resort since the person concerned did choose to enter the physical world in the first place. It would actually be better to consciously realise that you can change your physical experience for the better. It may seem a tough call, but even a suggestion of wanting something better can turn things around for 16

you. The power available to a human ‘being’ is only limited by his/her view of it. The act of [mentally] ‘letting go’ can be the very catalyst you need for real change. Trying to control a situation with the wrong attitude or ‘feeling tone’18 or trying to hold onto something for fear of a change you think you may not like, is what often leads to impetuous action from mental frustration and anguish. Always have a moment of rest after a panic or a loss of self-control; it will give just enough time to reflect on more favourable outcomes. If you ultimately feel you have nothing left to live for or lose, then you may as well try anything! You actually have nothing to lose and may have a lot to gain. Removal from the game In addition to those that leave the game, as described above, there is another way that people leave and this may be beyond their normal ability to choose. There are times in the Earth’s history, when a level of sustainability cannot be maintained or threatens the further progression of the existing inhabitants – also making it treacherous for new members to enter the game. (Perhaps this was one possible reason behind the meteor that allegedly led to the complete extinction of the largest dinosaurs). As the collective ‘All That Is’, there is a growing realisation that the beautiful physical environment that was created for beings to enter a physical world is in imminent threat of reaching a point where the ability to sustain physical ‘life’ cannot continue without some drastic intervention. So many people have become emotionally separated from their origin, and caught up in the material acquisition and expansion of personal avarice, that very soon the physical environment – the playground – will be unusable and unrepairable. ‘All That Is’ knows this and knows too, how much the physical world means to all its ‘separated expressions of human consciousness’. solution left: to remove large numbers of physical beings from the planet! The situation is so serious, that despite humankind acknowledging the problem of over-consumption of physical resources, there is no longer [physical] time to stop or reverse processes that continue to move at speed in destroying the very fabric required to sustain life for every human and every other living thing – plant or animal, etc. Therefore, the only option left, to preserve the planet, is to remove the majority of humans that currently inhabit it. (I once came across a view that the Earth could potentially support 23 billion people. However, as we currently stand at a very uncomfortable 7 billion, humanity has quite obviously strayed off course!) I personally believe that this almost sci-fi sounding solution could become very real and the reason I even suggest it as a potential outcome is because of the way Governments in expanding materialist countries view our situations. Rather than collectively stopping the decimation of the environment, their solution is to focus on economic growth and expansion. This policy is not going to save humanity from itself or do anything to preserve what is left of a rapidly diminishing natural environment. Furthermore, the continued development and expenditure on arms above food and fear above love does nothing to assure anyone’s future well-being. Many of our [human] practises are slowing down the frequency of consciousness in physical form and adding to the density of vibrational make-up which, periodically, has to be ‘shaken off’ by the Earth. Each time this happens, much physical change takes place and a new evolution of consciousness occurs. Of course, it is very true that ‘end of the world’ scenarios have been predicted throughout history and even further into the future than 2012. Almost without exception, nothing has actually ‘ended’ the world. What is different about the current situation is that there is a growing recognition that ‘enormous change’ is on the way and at a level that supersedes the purely physical. The next change is a huge 34
jump in the evolution of consciousness. Already we are experiencing anomalies in the very fabric of our understanding – we are getting glimpses of the spaceship through the illusory Holodeck. We see the quantum mass superstructures of physical reality sliding, overlapping, blending and colliding – as we start to take up our designated positions for the final shift. We have quite literally become the victims of our own creations; the result of our own focuses on the ‘wrong side of reality’.19 Not everyone will need to be removed. Indeed, it will be useful – in fact, necessary – to keep a number of ‘considerate’ custodians who will also be able to provide what is required to repopulate the planet. Many of these will already exist in groups around the world where empathy and sustainable planetary husbandry already exists. However, most western civilizations and many ‘developing’ civilizations will be stopped in their tracks. Those who remain in those locations will be reduced to small communities, unable to cause any further damage on current scales. In addition to all of this, there is a universal feeling, among those of a more sensitive disposition, that the vibrational density of life on Earth has become ‘heavy’. Personally, I have felt this very strongly throughout my life living in England in the UK. However, the density has continued to grow and as we move towards a new ‘Golden Age’, the vibrational frequency will increase and this density will become lighter. The decisions of individual humans caught up in this process will most likely determine their ‘fate’ in the transition that will move us from the 13 th to the 14th Mayan baktun cycle20. What can you do?

In many ways, there is nothing you can do in any conventional way. However, try to see in your emotional and feeling imagination, the type and quality of world you would like to be living in. If enough people do this positively and set up the right frequency of vibration, a change for the better will occur. Do not look at the bits of the world that seem to be going wrong all the time – you do not want to place your focus on these, thus replicating more of them. This is not denial – this is consciously deciding to create something different. Start with yourself and once you see positive changes, encourage others to have a go too. (More on this as you read further). Doing what you enjoy keeps you from gathering density to yourself which then adds to the density of the planet. Doing what you enjoy does not weigh you down with stress, anxiety and fear. If you are in any situation, whether it is work, or shared relationship 21, that is having a negative effect on your feeling of well-being – ditch it immediately or find a way to change things for your own feeling of well-being. Make a choice of 100% personal responsibility to create the reality you desire – and if possible, without deliberately causing detriment to others, or the Earth, directly or indirectly. Having joy in your heart will raise your vibrational frequency and shed the density that will cause you upset and pain at times of change. 21
Sometimes, the emotional ties between partners, in ‘relationship’ is uneven and one partner will rely more on the other or feel more responsible for the well-being of the other. No one is responsible for the happiness of another. It is true to say that we can enhance another’s well-being by our actions, but the ultimate responsibility resides with the individual concerned and it is up to the individual to feel whole in him/her self.

A time of darkness The Maya are a population of people who, thousands of years ago, developed a sophisticated and high level of mathematical and astronomical ability. In addition to their famous ‘long count’ calendar, they also mention an interesting phenomena that occurs once around every 5,200 years; 60 to 70 hours of [physical] planetary darkness. The Maya describe this period of darkness like this: ‘Every 5,200 years the Earth becomes dark for a period of 60 to 70 hours. We cannot see the sun because as we are going around the sun we will enter the central magnetic axis (there is a great axis above the planet Earth) that makes all the stars and the planets move – and so, while the Earth passes through axis, we cannot see the rays of the sun. We are inside. Once the Earth re-emerges from the axis, the new sun (if it is actually the same sun or if it is a different sun) will return’. I interpret this description to be telling us that due to a situation that produces a strong magnetic field, around an area of the planet, the sun’s light will be ‘bent’ or diffracted away from the Earth. (I will have to leave it to physicists to determine how possible this might be and under what circumstances this event could occur). We are now in this period and, according to the predictions, this darkness could occur at any time between 2012 and 2017. The only other information I can find is that we should not fear this event if (or when) it happens and this is why I am mentioning it. Of course, there is no current scientific or other substantive empirical evidence [that I am aware of] of an impending removal of people, or time of darkness and planetary upheaval and you are quite free to reject the absurdity of such a claim. Furthermore, this

book has nothing really negative to say about the doom-laden predictions of December 2012 and I viewed a science lecture that clearly disqualified virtually all of the suggestions raised as being physically impossible. The date – referred to as being of Mayan 22 origin, is merely the transition from one era to another – not dissimilar to moving from the age of Pisces into the Age of Aquarius; or from the Stone Age to the Bronze Age, etc. Having said all this, my gut feeling is that something ‘unexpected’ will happen – sooner rather than later, which will take a lot of people by surprise. Loss of knowledge One thing that might concern the ‘players’ who understand the game they are in, is that humans have made some wonderful discoveries and created some incredible physical things. Whilst these people understand that continuation of development on current scales is totally unsustainable, they also want to be sure that some of those discoveries can be employed in keeping the world a better place in the future. For example, some of the ‘green’ technologies we now have could save us having to exploit many of the Earth’s natural resources in the future. Throughout Earth’s history, fabulous knowledge has been lost when civilizations have collapsed or disappeared. Accounts have been passed down through parchment scrolls and carvings in stone, but this has by no means been foolproof. In fact, many of these, often called, ‘ancient artefacts’ have been hidden within modern-day war zones. Knowledge that could have been of huge value to us has become totally inaccessible. We have also had knowledge suppressed by those in power23 around the world. Perhaps this is one of the reasons why humanity has taken some of the ‘unhelpful’ decisions it has made, leading to the current point of 22

crisis we now witness – but generally dismiss as not being something to affect us at an individual level. Other clues to our past accomplishments are more obvious – great constructions in stone, such as Angkor Wat in Cambodia, or The Great Pyramid in Egypt – not to mention many other ancient sites across the world such as the amazing Puma Punku site in Bolivia – that defies modern explanation of how such precise cutting was achieved – only now producible by modern computer controlled CNC24 machines. The handbook Imagine all of those times you’ve mislaid the instructions to something. For those that buy used vehicles, all too often the original handbook has been lost. Other people have then written their own versions of the handbooks in order to offer some guidance on repair and maintenance, but it’s never quite the same as having the original. You could say the same for the Earth and its many religious scripts, e.g. Bibles, etc. In my opinion, one of the most authentic manuals for the Earth is possibly the Torah. 25 However, it is also likely that other scriptures and information existed before this – now lost or hidden. One is also reminded of “The Ten Commandments” 26 –

another instructional script for humankind, albeit mainly adopted by Christian faiths. Of course, there are those who do not want you to be able to repair your own vehicle or discover how it really works. Only an outline of information is given in the new handbooks – just enough for you to check the oil and water levels and tyre pressures and maybe demonstrate how to use the cup holders and a few other surface items. A prominent warning is given of: “No user serviceable parts” or if a particular “light” comes on you must either “stop now!” or visit a recognised specialist immediately! A number of players in the game on the Earth started to realise that: “knowledge equals power”. If you know something useful that the rest of your society does not know, it suddenly gives you something very valuable; something that puts you in a position of advantage over others; something you can trade for something else that you would like to have. This is also why reading and writing was for so long, the preserve of those in positions of power and influence. It’s quite sad that humankind lost its [original] handbooks – for whatever reasons. Mind you, lots of us would still plug in the new equipment and try switching it on before even considering removing the instructions from their packaging. After all – how difficult can it be? I once knew a friend of a friend who bought a new music centre (a combination record player, cassette tape machine and radio – for those too young to remember such things!). He removed the packaging; plugged it in; switched it on; and placed a record on the turntable. It started to play, but then started to skip the grooves and jump. After trying various things to correct the problem, he finally, in exasperation, telephoned the company he bought it from.

It was politely explained, that if he had bothered to open the instructions, he would have immediately read that two springloaded screws, holding the turntable tight in transit, had to be released, allowing the table to float freely on shock-absorbing mounts – thus preventing the problem he had experienced. The right knowledge You can see from the music centre story that having timely access to the right knowledge, when it is needed, is very helpful. You can also see that if you ignore the instructions that make things easier to understand, the result is often frustration, misery, and a protracted period of time taken to arrive at the point you could have arrived at more quickly. And talking of having the right knowledge when it is needed, there has been much speculation over the years that humankind might just have come into contact with some extra knowledge that helped to propel us into new understandings much faster than if we had been left to our own evolutionary path… Return of the Gods
Amongst the many interesting historical images and artefacts from various ancient civilizations, are drawings, carvings and even some models, of what appear to be aircraft or spaceships. Two famous examples include: The lid of Palenque in the Mayan ‘Temple of 41
Inscriptions’ Pyramid in southern Mexico, with Pakal the Great (sometimes spelt, Pacal) depicted as appearing to be sitting inside a craft with controls, oxygen mask and exhaust jet; and the cast gold models of planes found in ancient Maya locations. Interestingly, a man named Dave Herbert made a scaled up model of one of the gold planes and using radio control to operate it, discovered that it flew with remarkable stability.27 The other interesting suggestion about our Earthly origin is that we were genetically engineered from two races – one indigenous to the Earth and one off-planet. The latter called the Annunaki. Those who have explored this idea have made a list: • • •

Some suggest ‘Monoatomic Gold’ which was thought to have life-preserving properties as well as 100% electrical super-conductivity. A modern description says: Monoatomic Gold is the nonmetallic, non-toxic zero-valence form of Gold. Monoatomic Gold is a high temperature superconductor. It can be manufactured alchemically out of 24 carat metallic gold. It also occurs naturally in volcanic soils, seawater and in minute amounts in the purple or violet skins of fruits and vegetables and some medicinal plants such as red grapes, eggplant and violets. Monoatomic gold can appear in several colours; it is usually known as a white powder, but when treated with oxidizing acids, it becomes a purple powder, and is green in alkaline solutions. (I have emboldened ‘seawater’ as I once read an account of someone witnessing an alien craft sucking up vast amounts of water from the sea and no one at the time could think of a reason. Of course, in balance to this observation, waterspouts often occur at sea as water is sucked up into the atmosphere and it might appear on occasion as if something like a UFO (unidentified flying object) is responsible). Originally, the highest concentrations of monoatomic gold were thought to be in the Euphrates (Persian Gulf) but more recently, Hawaii. (One theory suggests that the Annunaki first landed on the Earth in the Euphrates and this is where many early biblical accounts originated from).

Whether or not you want to go down this route, is a personal choice. My grandmother lived to be a few months over 100 years old. In her lifetime, she grew up in a world that started out with horses and carts, then automobiles, aeroplanes, computers, space travel, and an electronics revolution giving us everything from the World Wide Web to mobile smart phones. I have often mused that, for me to have an equivalent experience in my expected lifetime, I will eventually have to be travelling to other planetary systems in spaceships as a matter of daily course.
Waterspout and seawater
One final comment I would leave you with at this juncture, is that whether or not alien races are around, or have been connected with our development, everyone is still from the same conscious source and therefore, the same things [at source conscious creation level] apply to one and all – whether Earth human or off-world alien. So let’s now return to our present cosmic position; living on the Earth in physical form. 31

Time to understand In a physical world with experienced linear time [running forward] we have an opportunity to really understand something. This is also why we do not discover everything at once and do not always discover the best method of accomplishing something on our first few attempts. An example of this is our progression from a Newtonian, ‘mechanical universe’ to a Planck (et alia) quantum, ‘particle’ universe. We may berate ourselves for missing such knowledge for so long, but would we have grasped a good understanding of our physical environment if we’d simply jumped to an understanding of ‘hidden’ vibrational particles and waves behind the physical experience we see and operate in? There are many things in the life we experience that demand that we follow a progression of stepped understanding. This is both for our benefit and our protection. In some ways, discovering that our physical universe is formed in a completely different way to what we thought is a bit like someone in a Star Trek Holodeck 32 program suddenly seeing a bit of the actual spaceship and questioning their own sense of ‘what is real?’
Conscious custodians Those people who become custodians of the Earth will also become fully conscious of their purpose. They will realise who they are, where they are from, and what they must do; and one of the things they will do is educate new inhabitants from birth as they reenter the ‘new world’. 32
Star Trek – science fiction television series and films. The spaceship, ‘Voyager’, has special ‘hardlight’ ‘Holodecks’ that can be programmed to reproduce many locations that can be used for leisure activities or training, etc. To all intents and purposes, reproduced environments appear and feel real to anyone who enters the Holodecks when programs are running.

I am reminded of the phrase: “The meek shall inherit the earth.” Whether this is literal, I do not know. However, in the context of this book, it may have refreshed relevance. I used to wonder if it meant that those who did nothing to prevent damaging change would end up having to live with the consequences of their inaction. Now, I believe it could mean that those with caring sensibilities will be put in the position of being able to stay around to enjoy the restoration. Destiny Some people talk in terms of ‘their destiny’ or say “it’s destiny”. Destiny implies a lack of free will. It suggests that the individual caught in a cycle of destiny simply has to sit back and endure the ride, regardless of how he/she feels about it. Destiny is also a term used to imbue a measure of self-importance on the individual or group concerned; something special that only he/she/they can accomplish – although usually for the betterment of others; or to ‘make amends’ through some form of retribution leading to a rebalance. Nevertheless, human ego is a master of self-deception and sometimes almost leads its own life in tandem to that of the individualized soul. Consciousness likes change, excitement and adventure, whereas ego likes stability, routine and praise. If a sense of individual destiny exists, perhaps it is merely that the consciousness of the now individualized person, made strong choices to accomplish something on this latest visit to the game world. Perhaps, as a regular ‘returner’, this individual also now has a clearer understanding of the game world and is now quite savvy and adept at ‘manipulating’ physical reality in ways that ensure a greater sense of accomplishment and a stronger likelihood of achievement.

Chance There is no such thing as chance. Chance is no more real than any other illusion you might choose to experience. If it makes you comfortable to think in terms of chance, that is undoubtedly your choice. However, like destiny, it absolves you of responsibility for the decisions you make and the actions you take. To be truly conscious of your place in the game, you have to accept 100% responsibility for everything you do or that appears to happen ‘to you’ or ‘for you’. From a human perspective of believing physical reality is all that exists, taking on this level of responsibility is daunting. We have also set up many societies that promote cultures of dependency and encourage individuals to pass responsibility for their well-being over to others. All this removes us from personal responsibility and promotes a ‘blame and compensation culture’ that is grotesque to behold. Beliefs Beliefs are exactly what the heading says: Beliefs. Beliefs are not ‘actuality’ and they are not ‘truth’ or ‘knowing’. Beliefs are often confused with being the views of a collective, e.g. a religion, a society, or some other group. Beliefs are personal to every individual and can vary quite considerably even within a shared context. However, collectively agreed beliefs offer some comfort, stability and reassurance of safety and security. Beliefs also cause a lot of social unrest in the world because they tend to become arguments of who is ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ about something. If individuals cannot agree, they recruit additional supporters to use force of numbers to eliminate opposition. Most of our world experience consists of believing, rather than knowing. We all believe things, but few people really ‘know’ things – and those who do know often keep quiet. I am reminded of the 46
old saying: “Hollow barrels make the most noise”. The reason for a measure of silence is, in part, due to the reaction you will often illicit from people who think they know, but really have no direct experience of the situation you might be bringing to their attention. We are masters at passing on hearsay; it’s part of the fabric of our social existence and interaction with others. It is also indicative of the way we can experience the same thing in different personal ways. It also leads to the proverbial “Tower of Babel” 33 experience of everyone talking, no one listening and no one knowing what they need to understand or believe in – in other words, outright confusion leading to collapse! The difference between believing and knowing Put simply, knowing is without any sense of doubt. Belief, on the other hand, implies an element of doubt. Just consider the statements: “I believe it is possible.” “I know it is possible.” You may think that it’s just semantics; use of words, but in my reality, knowing is much stronger in assertion than believing. In order for you to become a competent creator of physical reality, you must get to a conscious place of ‘knowing’. ‘Believing’ simply isn’t powerful enough. Another term we use is ‘faith’. I suppose, in a way, faith is a step closer towards an experience of knowing than belief is. Belief, therefore, is a prequel to faith. 33

After progression through belief, faith and knowing, we inevitably arrive at ‘truth’. Truth, however, is often subjective in every moment of sentient existence. In most instances, ‘truth’ can only be said to be the collective acceptance of something that feels ‘right’, ‘relevant’ – or any number of similar adjectives – in relation to apparent ‘evidence’ – willingly accepted by an individual, group, society, or culture. Perhaps some basic dictionary definitions can help here: Belief: A vague idea in which some confidence is placed. Faith: A strong belief in powers that control human destiny. Knowing: Being aware of the truth of something; having a belief or faith in something regarded as true beyond any doubt. Truth: A fact that has been verified; Conformity to reality or actuality.
Most people are unconscious The statement: “Most people are unconscious” or “asleep”, is popular among mystics34 and others who recognise the true nature of the physical illusion. The expression is not saying that people are physically asleep or, by further implication, that they are ‘stupid’. However, it does relate to the illusion of being, and living, in a purely physical reality. It reflects too, on the apparent inability or interest in many people, to think more deeply and beyond their surface experience. It also implies that most people do not notice things enough to change their views. The expansion of deeper 34

understanding has also been described by Yogis 35 as, ‘inner vigilance’ or the ‘law of attention’. Having said this, some people prefer to live an unconscious life in order to fully immerse themselves in the physical experience. With this in mind, it is not for the likes of an ‘aware’ individual to force people to change their reality – although they may be tempted to ‘nudge’ someone into expanding their horizons. Sometimes, a little guidance may also be deemed helpful if a person or group is moving into an area of potential ‘danger’ or likely to cause detriment to a larger collective; or as Spock 36 proclaimed: ‘When the needs of the many, outweigh the needs of the few!’ The raising of world consciousness There have always been a few people around the world (and throughout the Earth’s history) who have seen more of the ‘unknown’ reality than others. Many have tried to inform others of this understanding and ultimately seen their ‘teachings’ fall on deaf ears; become distorted through misunderstanding; or resulted in their premature physical demise! With the introduction of the Internet and rapid changes resulting in instant communication, news about many subjects and the sharing of many personal, as well as collective opinions is raising the levels of human conscious knowledge and awareness faster than at any other time in the Earth’s current history. Because of this, it is much easier to discover new things and to try out new ideas and understandings. Of course, it’s not a neatly filtered stream of intelligence and purity. In fact, it is more like a modern-day experience of the proverbial ‘Tower of Babel 37’ (mentioned earlier). Understanding and misunderstanding come in a blended tidal wave 35

of information. Each individual then has to extract from this, the small streams that make sense in their own world/reality. Some people have become very adept at steering the waves of information and use technology and psychology to ‘manipulate’ the receiving individuals into patterns of behaviour that move them away from their own experience of reality into someone else’s (which then becomes a shared reality). It is at these times that those ‘receiving’ individuals start to feel they have little say in their own destinies. They effectively choose to accept the new input of information as their own – usually not realising what is going on. This is why, in my perception of modern life, the majority of people are ‘farmed’ like animals to produce for the rich and/or controlling minority. (If you recall my section on ‘the return of the Gods’, you might get a flash of Déja Vu here!) Interactive realities It’s not much fun, playing the game on your own. Whilst every individualized personality experiences their own personal reality, everyone can create others to share their experience in varying degrees of participation. Entry into the game can happen individually or by group; and groups can enter within close physical proximity or spread across the globe to find one another at some physical future time – or not. The closest group entry point might be multiples (e.g. twins, triplets, etc.) from the same mother. Wider entry points might include different mothers living in the same proximity (e.g. same street, same village or town, etc.) The farthest entry points could be opposite sides of the world. It takes a little while to adjust to physical reality and we can observe levels of child development to explain the process. For the majority of us, a sense that we ‘belong’ to a family or a community gives us comfort and we will often adapt to be accepted with what is generally considered to be normal around us. As we age, in physical terms, we sometimes branch away from others as we gain in confidence to modify our own realities from those we perceive have 50
been offered or perpetuated by others. Sometimes this brings us into conflict with well-established and widely accepted ‘truths’ about physical reality. It is a fine line between creating this situation in completeness (as part of your personal reality) or glimpsing someone else’s reality construct in your own reality and then embracing it as your need to include new information or programming. Projection of consciousness on the screen of physical reality This is possibly the most interesting and most important aspect to understand when living in physical reality. If you want to understand who you are, look at where you are and the experiences you are having. Put another way, your physical experience mirrors your emotional feeling tones38. Everything you appear to experience outwardly is a perfect manifestation of what you are experiencing inwardly. However, the way this physical manifestation occurs is not always literal in your perception and may require an awareness of symbolism39 to gain most understanding. People often talk in terms of mirroring. For example, when you feel angst towards someone and then that person behaves in a challenging manner in your company. In a way, I find that the term ‘mirroring’ can be difficult to understand as a simile for physical reality being a mirror of your state of being – whereas, ‘projecting’ is somehow much clearer as it implies ‘throwing out’ from within, rather than ‘outside’ being a reflection of ‘inside’. At least you [the reader] now have a choice of which one describes the process best for you! Creation and Influence 38

One of the interesting perplexities of using the mind to create is that you then become influenced by your own creation. Confusion arises when we look at our physical world as something that conspires to affect all of our activity when, actually, we affect the physical world from our activity! If you always argue from a rational, physical, perspective, you will never know “the truth” – particularly as it applies beyond anything physical. Another thing that sometimes occurs when you begin to experiment with your understanding of reality is that you start to witness anomalies caused by your practising of creation. This can be at one end of the spectrum, disorientating or amusing and at the other end, bordering on physically dangerous or frightening. Nevertheless, we all have to start somewhere and if we want to change our circumstances on Earth, then we must take some chances along the way. A good way to begin effecting a change is to learn to see the solution to any perceived problem and not allow the opposite of it to mess up the vibration. (More on this later) Free will or fixed destiny? There has always been a question in human minds about whether free will exists or not. If we create every aspect of our own reality then, logically, we can choose whether or not we are at the mercy of predefined outcomes or not. A different way to view this question (particularly if you have difficulty with accepting that you create every aspect of your own reality) is to assume that all outcomes are predictable at given points. For example, imagine your life is like a tree with branches. You can move along a branch and at the point where this divides 52
into two more new branches, you can decide, with free will, which branch to follow. At the point of making your choice, the future outcome is predictable to the point of the next twinning of branches. Additionally, several more ‘probable outcomes’ can be predicted, although none of these is fixed. Furthermore, you could say that your general direction of travel may lead to a general area or specific point. This analogy of life progression gives both free will and projected destiny and can offer some comfort to either opinion. Déja vu Déja vu, or the experience of thinking that a new situation has occurred before, is quite common in the human experience. Some researchers have suggested that the complexity of the mind, in certain situations, could ‘play a trick’ by giving us information that is briefly out of sequence. Interestingly, Seth’s explanation 40 of the experience of time in early human evolution might suggest a momentary experience of confusing past, present and future. Another thought I once had, was that Déja Vu could be a moment of recognition of reaching a point along one’s life path that one remembers seeing before being born into physical reality. (This of course would bring me into conflict with my more recent view that I create my own reality and therefore, (through free will) my own destiny on a moment to moment basis and not as it relates to any precognition of events). Fixing the point of consciousness If, as individual expressions of consciousness, we self-actualize into human form, then we must remain in this form for long enough to get the most out of the experience. It serves little purpose for the 40

individual if he/she can simply return to the conscious collective of ‘All That Is’, at will – for example, when life gets ‘too much’ or we want to ‘escape’ from a situation [of our own making]. It seems reasonable to suggest therefore, that consciousness is ‘locked’ into place within the physical environment and only released at the point of physical death or, possibly, extreme physical trauma. Of course, with practice, some people are able to experience a temporary exit from physical form by using mental and physical exercises to separate briefly, the conscious energy body from the physical body. However, this experience [in physical time] is comparatively shortlived. Generally, the ego part of our consciousness keeps us in place – or returns us to the physical [body] environment. The contradiction of need Often, when you feel a lack of something, this translates into a feeling of ‘need’. The emotional response of neediness qualifies the presence of lack. Focusing the mind on the lack sends out the ‘feeling tone’ of: “can I have more lack please?” You get what you focus on or think about, whether you want it or not! In fact, you get what you ‘consistently’ think about whether you want it or not. The other interesting thing about a feeling of lack is that when you genuinely release the feeling and no longer feel you need what you were lacking, very often the vacuum is filled by the very thing you wanted in the first place! It’s almost like a cruel ‘cosmic joke’ – often eliciting the retort of: “Fine – give me something I no longer need! Why couldn’t you have provided it when I needed it?” Abraham says the same: “If you take pleasure from it to the point where it is so pleasurable that you don't have to have it – then it will manifest.”

Imagine though, if you could have speeded up the whole process to receive what you needed, when you actually needed it – and felt neutral enough to know that you would not be upset if the desired outcome did not occur, but grateful, if it did. This is pretty much the state you have to attain in order to manifest change quickly. Being willing to let go
Most of us are familiar with the somewhat trite remark [in relation to death] of: “You can’t take it with you!” Indeed, in terms of anything from our physical environment this is true. We are born naked and leave in much the same way. Why then, do we hold onto physical possessions so forcedly and strive with such determination to acquire more? There are undoubtedly many reasons for this – some of which we will justify more than others: • • • • • • •
Enjoyment of having new things A need to be first – to be a pioneer Status in relation to others Acceptance from peers Self-acknowledgement of perceived value A belief that more will make us happier Security against impoverishment of any kind
I also believe that some of our more underlying reasons for accumulating “things” reinforce our sense of: 55
• • • • •
Personal identity Comfort and security in the physical world A need and desire to create something solid Having something to pass on to others to help them Having something to pass onto others to ensure that we are remembered
Despite these reasons (and probably several more that you can think of) when it comes down to it, how much does one person really need? One of my experiments with this consisted of living in a caravan for a year. After the initial adjustment from being in a house and having less space and less solidity in terms of perceived security, it became quickly apparent that I needed very little to feel comfortable. I used a small amount of water and electricity and managed quite comfortably using bottled gas for cooking and heating. Now, I am not suggesting that we should all live in caravans and in fact, after my year, I moved back into a house – perhaps in a way also proving that whilst it is possible to survive on very little, it is preferable to have more if it is available. To this end, it would be reasonable to suggest that individual perceptions of ‘what is enough?’ vary considerably. However, I think that most of us, when we are being honest, can see the difference between being comfortable and being excessive. Resolution of conflicts If you want to know your personal state of being, look around you in the physical world and really ‘observe’ what is there. Where are you? Where do you live? Who do you associate with? Ask yourself questions like these, together with others such as: How do I feel? 56
Who am I? What am I doing? You could even ask: Do I like the game I am in? How are your relationships with others? Family, friends, and people you work with. What ‘presses your buttons’? (Upsets you or makes you angry). Usually, all of these ‘outward’ manifestations reflect something of the way you think ‘inside’ yourself; the way you see yourself in the context of other people and things. Sometimes, it is not easy to see the relationship between ‘what you feel’ and ‘what you experience’. In the same way, someone could suffer from an illness with no apparent cause – until that is, deeper reflection points to a thought, an activity, or a situation, that has caused a chemical imbalance and then a physical symptom. Consider again, the underlying ‘feeling tones’ mentioned earlier. Despite everything going on around you, what is your underlying feeling about everything? How do you actually view the different parts of your life and your make-up? For example, if you feel ill, but your underlying feeling tone is health, you will recover quickly. If your underlying feeling tone accepts illness, you will always find ways to experience being ill, no matter what else is happening in your life. The same goes for personal doubts. If you are uncertain whether a choice you made was the ‘right’ one, you will often create people who will come and be your doubt in physical feedback – for example, deciding to give up a tedious job, in a culture where having a job of any kind is deemed to be better than not having one. People will keep telling you it’s not a ‘sensible’ thing to have done and that really, you should look for another job or move from one existing job to a new one without a break, etc. This is merely your own projected doubt coming back at you in a way that seems expected. Furthermore, if you take this onboard, the next stage will be a physical feedback of the expected suffering you thought you might endure – such as difficulties with lack of income.

In actual fact, at times of transition like these, it is not helpful to be around people who feed your doubts back to you; far better to keep away and focus your creative potential in overcoming your doubts by projecting positive feeling tones. Once this has been accomplished at personal level, no one will be able to affect you at physical/emotional level – in the sense that you will no longer create the projection of negativity to be fed back to yourself. One outcome of such a practice is that meeting those people who would have criticized you previously changes to those people simply asking how you are and praising you for having the conviction to try something new… because they could never do it! I warn you now, that you may have to suspend your disbelief for this next bit – probably in the same way you had to with returning Gods! The last time that humans were taken off a planet, their planet was destroyed41. No one could remain. It is possible that the technology of the time was capable of launching some of the population into space where they could wait until another suitable physical world could be discovered, created, or completed, but by no means certain this was given chance to happen. It was for this reason that samples of DNA may have been stored for many of life’s original inhabitants – either in space or on another [probably uninhabitable] planet – and later returned to the new ‘home’, the Earth, once it was complete enough to support the human body and other forms of life.

Even then, it seems there may, by this time, have been a shortage of existing and living human bodies and possible that no women were left alive. This may be where the story of Eve being made from Adam’s rib42, came from. A mixture of cloning, together with female DNA, enabled the re-growth of a human body to start off the repopulation process for individualized souls to once again incarnate in physical form. Initial repopulation was probably delivered to the earth by spacecraft (or delivery pod) and various things were put in place to ensure development could then continue. Whether or not it was a one-way journey, or whether or not the original spacecraft had the capability to go somewhere else, after this mission, is unimportant in this part of the explanation and, in any case, we may never know what happened. If you think that DNA delivery by spacecraft is ridiculous, Francis Crick43 once proclaimed that in his considered opinion: ‘Life could not have evolved from non-living chemicals under any conceivable earth conditions.’ He further commented that: ‘Some form of primordial life was shipped to the Earth billions of years ago in spaceships – by alien beings; it had to have been delivered from outside of the planet in a protective vessel.’ Various experiments were undertaken, including fixing stone to spacecraft, to determine the effects caused by re-entry into the Earth’s atmosphere and to establish whether or not DNA could have been delivered ‘naturally’ by meteor. A hardy bacterium called Chroococcidiopsis44 was coated onto a rock containing microfossils. After the spacecraft was retrieved, the microfossils survived, but the Chroococcidiopsis was burned black, with only their outlines remaining. 42

The experiments also showed that the transportation of DNA would be far more problematic and also that at least 2 or more centimetres in thickness of rock would be required for protection against the heat of entry into the Earth’s atmosphere. 45 At least next time it maybe possible to repopulate the planet from a group of existing humans and not have to rely on stored DNA and distantly waiting off-planet accomplices. 46 Other theories about the propagation of DNA have been independently proposed by French Nobel Prize winner, Dr Luc Montagnier, who has experimented with the transference of DNA in water using a 7Hz47 generator, and Russians, Dr Peter Gariaev with Dr Vladimir Poponin, who have suggested ways to spread DNA using laser light. From the perspective of this book, that you are now reading, one of the most exciting things to come out of this new research (sometimes now referred to as ‘wave biology’) is that spoken language can be modulated to the [laser light] carrier wave with a reprogramming effect. Put another way, our own DNA can simply be reprogrammed by human speech, presuming that the words are modulated on the correct carrier frequencies! 48 The implications of this are far-reaching, but not just from a scientific perspective. Everyone who has ever expressed the view that our self-talk can affect us physically is potentially vindicated by this research. Another story that reached the Internet (sometime between 2009 and 2011) was about a team who had allegedly discovered that ‘Junk 45

DNA’49 in the human DNA molecule pointed to extraterrestrial interference. However, it seems that much of this information could have been fabricated as an elaborate hoax, since its originator could not be found to exist. Despite this, some of the information tied in quite neatly with some of the information mentioned above. From a generally substantiated view, scientists originally expected the human genome to consist of some 100,000 genes, but in the end it came down to about 22,000 (less than many plants that can have around 40,000 genes). In human genes, we tend to make multiple proteins whereas some life forms only make one. Scientists sometimes use the analogy that the genes are like the words in a book – but in the case of humans, those 22,000 words could comprise 3 billion letters. This means that by analogy, if the ‘words’ of other Earth-based life forms have fewer ‘letters’, it’s the number of letters and not the number of words that creates the variation in complexity. The unsubstantiated idea (using the same word and letter analogy as above) is that the junk DNA contains ‘comment’ marks and missing ‘start’ and ‘ending’ marks among its words and letters. (This was apparently discovered by using encryption techniques normally used in code-breaking). In a computer programming sense, comments are unread by the computer and only there to inform the programmer of something. However, missing start or end marks can corrupt the smooth functioning of a program because the computer does not read that something should start, stop, or change behaviour in a particular place. For example, anyone who has used HTML50 coding in web design will know that adding an embolden tag <b> will cause all lettering after it to be in bold – until the end tag of </b> is used to tell the computer to stop making the text emboldened. In the same way, it is suggested [in the unsubstantiated view] that some of the words’ letters are either continually read, or not read properly. The result of this is that some genes relating to illness or cancer propagate when they should 49

not. Furthermore, any additional damage suffered by our DNA could cause the release of a gene that causes us cancer, or something else, in the physical body. I am only taking the trouble to present all of these views because an overview does seem to provide an interesting possibility for what may happen on the Earth and with much of the human race in the very near future. A modification of our DNA might change our physical make-up in such a way that this raises consciousness frequency and [by association] physical vibration often talked about in connection with ascension51. But, how would this change happen? Science would currently argue that a change of this nature could only be engineered under lab conditions in the early stages of biological formation and not currently on existing children or adults over a certain age. However, if you consider the implications of being able to carry a change in DNA using light, then it could be possible that a blast of such light hitting individuals might be all that is needed to cause this change… and taking this argument to its absolute extreme edge of credulity – if there were other beings on the planet, Nibiru, who were able to influence us once their planet gets into reasonable proximity of our own, they could send such DNA changing beams to either correct, improve, or damage our existing DNA in any way they desired. As someone involved with healing, and in particular, with using crystal wands, I use light as a medium to improve physical recovery at cellular level. Combining my practice, with the work mentioned above, could increase my ability to effect a change in healing – even faster than currently achieved.52 I am also reminded of the discoveries of Dr Masaru Emoto 53, who proclaimed (and showed in photographs) that water is his proof 51

that thoughts and feelings affect physical reality. By producing different focused intentions through written and spoken words and music, and literally presenting it to water samples, the water appears to "change its expression" – forming many different patterns. This discovery, often criticised by the sceptics, now seems to be indirectly supported by the work of the doctors mentioned above. If you take all of the discoveries surrounding human DNA, you can see that it could actually have arrived on the Earth by a number of different ways. So take your choice: Aliens/other human types from space; programmed light or water… or maybe something else. Clearing The single greatest difficulty, for the majority of human inhabitants, is actually a difficulty that most of them do not even recognise. Each individual is cluttered with programs and beliefs that entrap them in a physical reality that they believe exists but does not. Everything you do as a human ‘being’, results from everything that you have become through your beliefs and experiences. Many of these now deep-rooted beliefs about reality continue to colour your moment to moment life – often in ways unknown to you and often based on out-of-date information. Interestingly, we can use two different processes to help; but first, let us consider something that Abraham54 said through Esther Hicks: “Humans are pretty devoid of imagination because they have the 'observation' thing going on so well. Humans almost offer no vibration apart from what they are observing! And that's why things progress slowly for most people.”

So what does this mean? It means that we base our decisions and feelings on what we observe with our physical senses. “So what’s wrong with that?” You may ask. What’s ‘wrong’ with it, is that you are viewing the outcomes of your (and others’) collective beliefs about reality – so far. You are not creating anything new or different; you are simple reinforcing everything already produced and expanding on it. The two processes I mentioned above, depending on your personal choice of what feels comfortable for you, should eventually take you to the same place – being able to create the life you desire to experience. The first process, and possibly the simplest thing to do, is to use your imagination in a more focused and constructive way. Abraham has a useful comment to make on this and suggests that we should be more committed to the ‘feeling’ of our imagination and not the ‘picture’. Many spiritual teachings inform us that the universe is driven by feelings – emotional interaction with universal consciousness energy. Therefore, it’s not enough just to see ourselves in a different situation – we have to feel ourselves there too. Really ‘live’ the experience of what you wish to become, as if you already have it – now. The second process, refers back to my mention of ‘clearing’ and relates to how we can ‘clean up’ or ‘examine’ the unconscious beliefs that we hold which, no matter what we consciously think about, continue to run in the background as ‘actual beliefs’ about our reality, rather than ‘transient beliefs’ about our reality. (Also see ‘clearing complexities’ later in this book). You have to change your unconscious beliefs so that they match your ‘new’ positive conscious thoughts and understanding of the reality you expect to experience. You have to start feeling comfortable and trusting ‘inside’ about the decisions you are forming and witnessing on the ‘outside’. As mentioned earlier, part

of your way of achieving this, is to see solutions and not allow the opposites to mess up the vibrations you want to ‘send out’.
So what can we do about this? Many gurus (teachers) have taught that ‘clearing’ or ‘quieting’ the mind can bring us into closer alignment with the ‘cosmic consciousness’ or the ‘All That Is’ – ultimately achieving ‘illumination’ – a full understanding of everything. We have also been instructed to ‘reject’ our physical world when in this state of tranquil reflection; to allow new ‘spiritual’ information to flow into us. Much of this teaching came from the east, e.g. India. Other countries and cultures practice similar disciplines, but for most westerners, places such as India and Tibet are the popular originators of spiritual meditative practice. “So, what’s wrong with any of that?” You might ask. Well, for one thing, the philosophy of a completely different culture does not always ‘suit’ our own cultural situation. True, the advice given to meditate can be helpful. However, aspects of why we should adopt this approach are only partly explained. This sometimes results in confusion from ‘what to think about’ to ‘how one should sit whilst meditating’. Many of these methods might be described as ‘tried 65
and tested’. However, most originate from individuals in cultures that, to some extent, dictate how something can be accomplished in the context of their own native environment and own version of reality. Furthermore, the ‘enlightenment’ often referred to as the ultimate goal is unlikely to be realised by anyone with a human disposition – even when back in the ‘All That Is’! As Abraham 55 so succinctly puts it: “You cannot be enlightened in physical form.” In any event, I prefer to think of it as a level of understanding that joins us with a greater wisdom – not something whereby we suddenly know everything in the universe. Meditation, although often described in terms of ‘connecting with the divine’, is really about ‘clearing’. Our minds are full of information – much of it unused or out-of-date. Everything we do is based on our previous experience and current belief. To really become more conscious, we have to start looking at the world we project around us and decide which bits we would like to change – not by trying to impact on what is there already, but by seeing [emotionally feeling and living] something different that can be there now. Let me give you a few ideas for clearing that are easy for those with busy lifestyles and little time. The following exercises can be done anywhere and some of them can be done whilst continuing with any other activity you are engaged in. Ways that you can start to clear ‘unhelpful programs’ include: • • 55

Sitting in quiet contemplation, controlling the breathing and focusing on one thought, or trying to calm the mind of ‘clutter’, is a well-known activity that has a broad appeal among people of all ages and cultures. Sometimes, just removing yourself from the situation being experienced can give you space to reflect calmly and allow new inspiration to flow through you. This is also an opportunity to emotionally live a desired experience. There are many forms and ways to meditate. You can make up your own or you can explore what is offered by others. You can meditate in public or you can find a solitary position in a field, up a hill, or on a mountain. Vipassana meditation

Originating from India, this is another form of meditation and it can be done quite simply by sitting quietly and becoming detached from your mind, but observant of the thoughts that arise. Just let thoughts and desires appear to you and simply release them on the outward breath. Do not try to force or question what appears – simply acknowledge a thought and let it go. Perhaps use this technique to ‘let go’ of anything that might be concerning you in your current physical experience. Ho’oponopono The interesting thing about Ho’oponopono (originating from Hawaii and translated as: ‘to make right; to rectify or correct’) is that it recognises the role of the individual in creating the apparent external world that is being experienced by the individual. Once you realise that your physical experience originates from your internal projection, you can modify the projection to change the physical reality experienced. By recognising, acknowledging, and accepting your role in this process, you can use Ho’oponopono to correct the imbalance. The basic exercise is to loosely hold in mind the negative situation you are experiencing, whilst at the same time, reciting this mantra: 56 I’m sorry Please forgive me I love you Thank you If you look on the Internet and YouTube website, you will be able to find various video recordings and examples of this practice, sometimes combined with ‘Tapping’ (to be mentioned in a minute). 56

Dr Ihaleakala Hew Len57 describes the use of Ho’oponopono as “erasing data”, by saying for example: “I’m sorry, please forgive me – for whatever data I need to make amends for…” and directs us to ask the question: “What is going on in me, that I am obtaining this experience?” This last question is such a good one, for all individual’s to ask, that I feel compelled to repeat it again: What is going on in me, that I am obtaining this experience? From this question, and by analogy, you can turn away from the cinema screen and look towards the projector. Follow the light source and enter the projection room. Take a good look around and see which films are on the shelves. Discover the titles and read the synopsis for each one. What is the title on the canister of the film currently playing? Are there any films in the room that you would rather play? Try switching off the projector and changing the film. Return to the cinema auditorium and watch the new film that you have consciously chosen to play. The other thing about the question: ‘What is going on in me, that I am obtaining this experience?’ is an acceptance of 100% responsibility for the external reality you are experiencing – in fact, creating. By extension, if you see someone suffering from a terrible illness, you have created this person and his/her illness in your personal reality.

Before protesting too loudly against this statement, give it careful consideration. Remember, the world you think you experience is not all that it seems. By forgiving yourself for creating the illness in the person you are observing, you can actually start to make that person feel better or even bring about his/her complete recovery. Whatever you believe at this moment in your time, you can appreciate how complex the process of clearing can be. Do not feel overwhelmed though. One small step begins the greatest of journeys. And in terms of universal change, one small step can propel you a lot further than you think! After all, like so many things, the simile is relative. NLP
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)58 refers to a connection between the neurological processes and behavioural patterns that have been learned through experience and become deeply rooted in the unconscious behaviour of individuals. NLP aims to discover these deeper level ‘programs’ and believes they can be reorganised 58

to achieve specific and ‘more helpful’ changes in personality and behaviour to help to achieve changes in an individual’s life. There is one exercise that I have found particularly helpful, called ‘Six Step Reframing’. In this process you ask to speak with various parts of your unconscious mind so that you can request a positive change in behaviour. I do not wish to go into details here, but please look this up and read about it. Tapping Tapping is a process whereby you quite literally tap parts of your body, a number of times, with your fingers, while [sometimes] reciting a few statements out aloud. Tapping is used as a main component of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and there are a number of trained practitioners. It’s quite possible to ‘tap’ intuitively and this was something I first tried as a teenager – even though I had never come across tapping or EFT at the time. Again, if you want to know more detail, or how it can be combined with other practices, take a look on the Internet. Self-talk Self-talk is basically, what you say to yourself, either internally, or out aloud. Most self-talk tends to be aggressive or critical. For example: “I knew that would happen! I always have a bad time when I have to do this!” Self-talk alters your chemical and mental processes. Self-talk can be positive or negative. Try to engage in more positive self-talk and practice cancelling any negative self-talk. Become more aware of what you are saying to, and about, yourself. For example: “I’m a real genius! No one else could have done this so brilliantly as me!”

If you catch yourself talking negatively, tell yourself that you ‘cancel that negative thought’ and actually, you are okay and pretty good at… etc. Of course, if you prefer to put yourself down, try changing your behaviour by undertaking a small physical task that you know you can succeed at.
Complete the task and congratulate yourself on a job well done – and feel good that you have achieved something – no matter how small it may seem. Express a desire for change Ask the universe, the conscious ‘All That Is’ (or whichever name feels most comfortable to you) to help you move towards a different experience; one that makes you happier or moves you closer to the place you want to be in or experience. If you do this with genuine feeling, within only a short time – perhaps days or a few weeks – something will change. The first change will be that you feel slightly lighter – a bit more positive. Next, you might see

some positive changes in your physical experience. Be aware of such changes and express your gratitude that something has shifted. The distortion of practice Interested westerners have, for many years, travelled the world and come into contact with thousands of different variations of ‘spiritual’ practice. Some have gained popular followings and their names have subsequently entered into popular culture. Telling people you are a ‘Reiki Master’ carries more kudos these days than saying you are a cultural attaché. And Reiki healing is so much more impressive sounding than simply being a ‘healer’. People like their labels and if the label has a certain appealing ring to it, so much the better. If it is also associated with something that only ‘special’ or ‘trained’ people can do, your state of worthiness to be consulted is complete. Now you can sell your credentials to gain an income – like any other job in human life. That’s okay though; it’s just another part of the game you choose to play and you have as much right as anyone else on the planet to play it. Like many ‘alternative’ practices, most that start to become popular are hijacked by people who then write rules and procedures to ensure that only those who have taken ‘their training’ can receive a certificate of worthiness. Without the recognised certificate, you cannot claim to be something, regardless of your level of proficiency or understanding. In any event, the majority of the general public rarely meet the real masters of anything. Very often instead, they attract to themselves what they expect to find in context with their personal belief of what such a reality entails and the form they expect it to come in. An old man with a long white beard is bound to be more spiritually enlightened than a cleanshaven youngster. Whilst many professions have, through their complexity and sometimes, potential danger to life, demanded certain standards that can be recognised and accepted throughout the world, some ‘alternative’ practices have tried to ‘big themselves up’ to gain 73
credibility – almost telling new recruits there is only one correct way to drink a glass of water! These frameworks are the physical quantum mass superstructures that we create for ourselves and our collaborators. By ‘selling’ our construct of reality to others in appealing ways, we make a ‘living’ in the material world we inhabit. Quantum Mass Superstructures (QMS)
You can read more about QMS in my book on the subject. Put simply, these are mentally formed, creative ideas that take physical form to create all of the physicality in our personal experiences of reality. As more energy is put into QMS they become more solid and gradually become part of more people’s reality. 59 This is how all physical reality is realised, constructed, or brought into being – even if some may use different names for it. For most people (physicists included) the complexity of physical evolution is so great that it is mostly too difficult to grasp what is happening and indeed, what has happened up to this point in perceived time and space. 59
Abraham also mentions this: “Reality is what so many people have imagined that now, many people are observing; so we can look and we can see that this is red and this is blue and this is long and this is short.. And because we are agreeing on it we call it reality.”

Coming up with the right scientific experiments is rather like being asked what you want to gain from attending a training course whose subject area you know nothing about. People in the scientific community often get very annoyed and frustrated with people from the metaphysical/spiritual community, suggesting a plethora of ideas for everything in life and the universe, with no real basis for, or ability to describe with clarity, many of their beliefs; and yet there are definitely people experiencing things that are genuine, but cannot be explained in purely rational or empirical terms. Very often, we play around with the surface of something and do not go deep enough to understand its root. Hearsay, mixed-messages, confusion and delusion
Much of the way we carry on with our lives is based on a mixture of what we think we know coupled with what others tell us. The problem is that some of what we think we know is made up and derives from experiences â&#x20AC;&#x201C; some of which we did not realise consciously â&#x20AC;&#x201C; and most of what we are told we either only partly hear, accept without question, or misinterpret by the time it enters our sphere of awareness. These days, not only do we have the popular media culture to contend with, but also information we find or receive through the Internet. With the introduction and growing popularity of social

network websites60, we have yet another line of sending and receiving information about ourselves and our opinions. With so much information about everything, it is inevitable that confusion is going to arise. The ability for individuals to cross-reference and filter information is one of the modern world’s key tasks for individuals. Coupled with the need to question our thoughts and personal responses to information and situations, we must be aware that part of the world we have created in our experience is used to keep us ‘in order’ and submissive to the will of others with more experience of the physical playground. There are quite a number of selfserving individuals who set up circumstances for their empowerment and material acquisition over and above most other people. These individuals have also found ways to edge into the reality experience of others and ‘recruit’ them in following [mass] beliefs that they may otherwise not develop. One of these beliefs is around work. Other beliefs are around personal acquisition, health, education and well-being. From the perspective of creating your own reality, you might argue that you are the originator of creating an experience of someone controlling aspects of your life. From the perspective of quantum mass superstructures, you can also witness aspects of experience not solely created by yourself and you can accept this data into your own sense of reality – particularly if what you are witnessing has been around for a long time. Put another way: You create your own reality but, you can also come to recognise, or connect with, aspects of the realities created by others and make them your own.

In the normally accepted reality of commercial and industrialised society – the physical world that we live in and perceive as outside of ourselves – we seem quite accepting that people are born, go to school, get a job, start a family, acquire wealth and material possessions, go on holidays, retire, and then die. And in the context of that life path, most of us expect that our experience of life on Earth will, in most ways, follow such patterns. Strengths of personal opinion and the ‘rational’ collective Most of us, at some time in our lives, have probably experienced being at the receiving end of comments such as: “Get real!” and “The world doesn’t owe you a living, you know!” And the remainder of us are probably giving out the comments! The ability to create this experience in your reality could be twofold: • •
Your feelings of guilt in not embracing the expected ways of your society attract a comment in keeping with this concern Your choice that you wish to be in a game that provides an opportunity to evolve or expand your consciousness in very particular ways.
Whichever way you look at this, you are [at some level of consciousness] actually in agreement with the reality you are experiencing. Our human life is also very dismissive of anything it deems to be irrational. Our ego likes order; it likes logic; it likes arguments to be rational in the context of physical reality as it appears – not as it might be. After all, it is the job of the ego to keep us in a state of separateness for as long as it can. Let’s face it, there’s no fun in a game of ‘hide and seek’ if the person hiding tells you where he/she is going to be!

And taking this analogy further, just to make us feel we have a choice to think differently, our ego lets us postulate in philosophical ways – always checking of course that we argue logically and that feelings and irrational suggestions are ‘kept in their proper place’ of hyperbole. The truth for most of us is that we can only respond to what we believe is outside of ourselves. This, after all, is our reality. It is supported by other people who reaffirm our beliefs and reasoning; who demonstrate to us that what we see is the only ‘real’ that there can be. Soon we collapse under the weight of our own doubt – accepting what we are told by the people we have created to tell us! The ego ‘rubs its hands together’ in smug certitude. “That’ll shut him/her up for a while… We’ll have less of that: ‘Reality is an illusion’, rubbish!” Clearing complexities 1 This section aims to help explain, through various types of example, why you cannot simply change reality at will, in ways that you might think should be perfectly possible, even having grasped an understanding of what has been written up to this point. Here is a common, simple task, broken down into different levels of complexity: Making a cup of tea (using a tea bag) with milk and no sugar; using a quick-boil jug kettle that is powered from a stand which, in turn, is plugged into a mains power supply. Basic: 1. Check that the kettle has water in it 2. Fill it with more water if required 3. Switch it on until the water boils and it switches off 78
4. Put a tea bag in a cup and pour the hot water into the cup 5. Add milk as required. (Remove tea bag before or after this process)
Moderate: 1. Check that kettle has water in it 2. If the kettle needs more water, place under the tap, turn the tap on and fill kettle to correct level 3. Switch off the tap and place kettle back where it came from. Switch the kettle on and wait for the water to boil 4. While you are waiting for the water, find a cup and add a tea bag 5. After the water has boiled and the kettle has switched off, pour water, to the desired level, into the cup 6. Go to the refrigerator and take out the milk. Add milk to the tea 7. Remove the tea bag and stir the tea if required 8. Put the milk back in the refrigerator Complex: 1. Do you have everything required for making a cup of tea? 2. Locate the kettle, which should still be where you left it from last time 3. Do you have any milk? Check the refrigerator 4. Does the kettle have enough water in it? If not, do you have the means to top up the water level? 5. Is the tap where you left it? Turn the tap on. Does water come out of it? 6. Lift the kettle off its stand, open or remove the kettle lid and hold the opening below the tap. Turn on the tap and watch water start to fill the kettle 7. How much water do you need in the kettle? Enough for one cup or more? 79

Ultra complex: 1. You decide to make a cup of tea 2. Everything is where you expect it to be from the last time you made a cup of tea. The kettle has its own stand, plugged into the mains and the power is still on 3. You used it the evening before and can see on a level gauge that there is not enough water left for your drink 4. You look at the tap and wonder how it will feel when you turn it on. Removing the kettle from its stand, you open the lid and hold it under the tap, turning on the water with your other hand. The tap is stiff to turn and suddenly gushes water – splashing all over the place. Did you just cause 80

that? Were you already considering the various possibilities that might result from a stiff tap from previous experiences of water and taps? You turn the tap back slightly and after filling to the desired level, turn off the tap tightly. However, it does not completely stop the water, which is now dripping slightly Why is the tap dripping? It didn’t need to drip. Has your uncertainty about how long tap washers last caused it to gradually fail in its role? You stare at the tap and ‘will’ it to stop dripping. You cannot understand why it will not stop dripping, but you know from all of your previous experience that mind over matter does not work; you know that there is probably a fault in the tap that needs a new part; you are resigned to the evidence before you – the tap is dripping! You try again to believe that the tap can stop dripping; it can repair itself. But, it cannot. Your inner doubt throws up all the facts of physical reality as you understand them. No matter how you try to convince yourself to the contrary, physical reality is what it is. Suddenly the water stops dripping. The shock is not something you want to believe. It’s a miracle! The water has stopped dripping. But then you remember that water does eventually stop dripping on that tap; so not a miracle after all. You consider what is involved in repairing the tap and what it might cost; and whether you can be bothered or have the time, etc. etc.
In many ways, you can see the complexity of a relatively simple, everyday activity becoming more and more complex. I could indeed continue with this example for several more pages! Hopefully, you see where the example is going. You could take any single part of the process of making a cup of tea and expand it into every area of your current perception of physical experience. Notice too, the gradual blending of conscious activity with unconscious historical knowledge.

At what point do you think could you change what you know? How deep would you have to travel into your psyche, before you could realise something which could give you the unquestionable feeling of ‘knowing’ and that something else can happen? This is why, for most of the time, we find it difficult to change our experience instantly. We have too much unconscious belief of how reality as a whole operates and in particular, how our own experience of reality operates. Possibly, the only time we can respond differently, is when we momentarily break the connection to our unconscious ‘knowing’ and at the same time, see in our conscious ‘now’ position, with emotional clarity, a result or outcome, we desire to experience. I believe that mastery over this condition could produce a desired effect in personal reality, instantly. Clearing complexities 2 I am now going to attempt to give an example of why ‘clearing’ can be such a challenge for people. Although I offer this in subdivisions of the main example, it in no way dictates that you cannot clear in easy and simple ways. Every person is different and unique in their experience of creating reality. Some people can embrace a change in their modus operandi immediately, while others take a little longer or even do not find the process that can work for them in the space of their current physical lifetime. The following are only examples. The clearing levels are not intended to be separate levels you have to undertake or attain, they are merely to show the processing of thoughts that you may experience as you get better at the clearing process. In Abraham’s terms of ‘getting into the vortex’, this may help you to change your

thought and feeling processes in order that you align with the vibrational ‘law of attraction’ 61 energy.
Basic example 1 Scenario: I have to drive into a city centre and find a place to leave my car. Concern: • • • •
I do not know where the car parks are in the city I don’t want to have to walk miles to my venue If I find a car park, will there be any places left? Will it be expensive to park?
Rationale: • • • • • •

Cities are busy places. It’s easy to get lost when you don’t know a place. Potential realities: Even after only performing ‘clearing level 1’ I can arrive at a car park and find a space. After achieving the position of ‘clearing level 2’ I can arrive at a car park, just as someone pulls out of a space next to the pedestrian exit. I even find I do not have to pay. (The reasons could include: the driver leaving gives me his/her ticket which has enough hours left on it for my needs; the ticket machines have broken that day and a notice says that no fee is required because of this; or it is a 84
Sunday or a national holiday and no charges apply). No one is interested in stealing from that car park on this particular day.
Basic example 2 Scenario: I am on a train and the person opposite me takes out a can of drink. I am quite thirsty myself, but unfortunately never thought of bringing a drink with me. Concern: • • • •
There is a buffet car, but it’s the other end of the train I might lose my seat if I go to get a drink I’ll have to take my bag with me too Train refreshments are expensive

Potential realities: Clearing at level 1 could quite easily manifest the refreshments trolley. It could manifest an offer of a drink from someone close by or even from the person opposite me. Clearing at level 2 will result in the person opposite me offering a drink. This last situation actually did happen for me on a train. Interestingly, rather than offer me her own drink, the woman opposite me took out a can of orange and after I released my focused intention of having a drink, suddenly asked: “Would you like a drink?” (I would add here, that I was not gazing longingly at her drink or providing any particular indicator to her that I wanted a drink. In fact, I believe I was gazing out of the window for most of the time). When I thanked her, instead of pushing her drink towards me, she reached into her bag and brought out a second can of orange. This is what happens in the universe when you ‘get things right’. You always get, without fail, more than you ask for. Do bear in mind though, that this works for everything. If you attract towards you ‘negative’ situations, they will often be ‘worse than you imagined’! Moderate example 1 Scenario: I would like to move house. It has to be a good area and in a place that has access to the friends I want to meet up with and the places I want to visit. I would like an elevated position with good views from the windows. Ideally, I need two bedrooms and a place to work. I also want somewhere that friends and family will be able to visit. Concern: 86

The chances of finding the perfect place are slim. Good properties are snapped up by other people The properties I like always cost too much Someone else will get the property before me

This too happened for me. Although I have to be honest and admit that I reached a point where I could not think what else I could do. I was due to move out of my existing house in only three days and I needed to find a new place to live. I had spent a month already looking at a few houses and collectively, they all had part of what I was looking for, but none of them had everything in one place! I reached a point best described as static despair and just for good measure, also got a cracking headache! At that juncture, I decided to give up. There was nothing more I could do. I simply asked the universe to help me. I let go of anything being a problem. It did not matter anymore. I had run out of time. Everything was packed for going into storage. I went out and returned with a newspaper. In a small text-only advert, a house was available in an area I knew. Suddenly, everything happened fast. I made the call and on the eve of the third day, I was offered my new house – just in time to inform the van collecting my possessions, that instead of going to storage, they were now going to a house. Essentially, I got out of my own way. I cut off my negative ‘holding’ vibration from the process. Much of my work had been done in imagining what I wanted, but I was sure that I alone would have to ‘control’ things to their conclusion. Again, as Abraham would say – if you are trying to imagine a solution from inside the problem, you're not going to get anywhere! Focusing the mind Whatever levels of emotional clearing you achieve, you still need to be able to focus your mind with clarity (and without interference) to gain the best results. You must find yourself in vibrational harmony with whatever you are wanting. To give you an idea of your ability to focus, try thinking of the number ‘1’ for as long as you can – to the exclusion of any other thought.

Not easy, is it! Another way to consider your ability to focus attention is to notice how you are when you are involved in something you enjoy, or when you are undertaking a task that demands a certain level of concentration.
If you can relate to any of the above, as examples for your ability to maintain a focus on something, try to use the technique that will help you to focus on desired outcomes in the same way. Remember though, to live the emotional experience in your mind. Attraction Some call this the ‘Law of Attraction’. Whether or not you think of it as a ‘law’ does not matter. However, you should be mindful that this is generally how the universe works when it comes to changing anything. We have all come across the expression: ‘Ask and it is given’. Great teachers throughout history have extolled this and it appears in many religious texts. What is often missing is the deeper explanation of what this means. What is important to know is that ‘asking’ takes forms beyond the literal.

“Please give me lots of money”. Well, what’s wrong with that? It’s asking for something – so why hasn’t all that money transpired? The truth is, that the asking has been done from a place of disconnection – or as Abraham would say, ‘outside of the vortex’ 62 [of source]. This also often ties into the root beliefs you hold about money, unconditional giving and receiving, the reasons behind wanting money over perhaps the real desire – what the money might enable you to do in the physical world, and so on. In addition to the above, we attract all sorts of things and situations towards us in life – many of them unwanted. Most of us would protest that: “I didn’t ask for that!” Well, even if you are holding in your mind, something you dislike, with all the feeling emotion that is associated with it, the universal consciousness will interpret this as something you are requesting more of. It’s a hard lesson to learn and even if you appreciate it intellectually, it can still take a while to put into practice consciously. You want another example? Abraham puts it this way: “What does it feel like to be a vibrational match to the thing you want?”

You must live in feeling what you desire – not let the evidence that manifests be the criteria that makes you believe. Put another way: You will see it when you believe it – not the other way around. Changing your mind set Do you remember this famous expression? “Whether you think you can or you can’t – you are right!” – Attributed to Henry Ford – the inventor of the first car assemblyline. There is a lot to be recommended for having belief in your self. Often we look to others for this certification of worth, but really, you can only get this value for you, from you. Does anyone also remember Émile Coué? 63 Perhaps not, but I bet you have come across his famous contribution to self-help: “Every day in every way I am getting better and better.” After some conversation on Coué’s suggested mantra, 64 one or two people have suggested that it may be best to use something more like: “Every day in every way my life is getting better and better.” Due to the nature of attraction, you might otherwise be getting better and better at being in debt, or being unhappy – or whatever else mirrors your general life situation.

Play at it Another expression we hear a lot is: “Just play at it – don’t take it too seriously!” See how your average children learn through play. The only thing that sets us apart from children, as adults, is that we often feel we cannot relax into playfulness. Besides, we have responsibilities, children to look after, money to find and bills to pay, etc. These thoughts spoil our ability to really ‘let go’ and feel free. We are constantly constrained by our thinking and our worries/fears. Of course, when I talk of playing, I do not in this instance mean recreational frivolity for temporary escapism. I am talking about the way we approach understanding and learning. When I started experimenting with crystal wand healing, I started by imagining what might happen. As I gained in focus and then understanding, some of what I imagined actually started to become physically apparent. (I suspect the scientists, rationalists, and sceptics among you will be pointing at the flashing sign of selfdelusion at this point, but unless you are willing to experiment with some of these ideas, you will not gain a personal experience of any value). This reminds me of a humorous example from Abraham (adapted slightly for my own use). It’s typical of the sort of conversation that occurs, when you are starting out on your journey at a tangent to accepted ‘normality’ into your own vortex and other people – usually close family or friends – try to engage you in ‘supportive and helpful’ conversation, such as: “I don't see any improvement in your life.”

“That's because it's not visible to those outside the vortex.” "Do you think you should see a counsellor?" "There are no counsellors in the vortex of creation." Ram Dass65 once related a story of returning home from a spiritual journey abroad, to see his father. Ram Dass was still feeling the elation of his experience and felt really positive about his newfound acceptance of the equilibrium of life and saw himself in a time of spiritual bliss. As he walked in through the door, his father welcomed him with the immortal words: “Have you found a job yet?” It was also Ram Dass who first talked of “somebody training” in reference to the way we are brought up in life to be ‘somebody’. When anyone asks who you are and what you do, the expected response is: “John Green. I’m an accountant.” Responding with: “John – I’m just being”. Is not a helpful answer in a world obsessed with labels and pigeonholing. What is it like to die? As in life, the experience of death is probably influenced by your beliefs and what you are prepared to accept. Some suggest that many people do not realise they are physically dead for some time, while others travel through various realms of consciousness – almost being de-briefed. Some people, who have experienced what has been termed, a ‘near death experience’ (NDE), often report travelling down a tunnel or heading towards a bright light. Other people feel that they have met other people or members of their family, angels or deities. 65

Perhaps this gives us some insight into the initial death experience. Some might suggest however, that if our mind is still performing at some residual level when experiencing NDE, we are given an active vision that still makes some sense to us. The other thing about death is that any experience we may have in the ‘returned to consciousness’ state is probably more like the experience we have when dreaming and although some of it may feel very real, it is not the same sense of ‘real’ as being in physical reality. Also, the continuity of physical reality is likely to be quite different to the continuity of the dream state reality. Although we may be consciously aware of our self, we will possibly create spontaneous ‘jumps’ of experience in line with our own thoughts and expectations. Of course, there will be those who would argue that once we die physically, that’s it! And even if I tried to argue: “What’s the point of that?” I am sure that someone would retort: “Why does there have to be any point?” I suppose the truth (as we understand it as a collective) is that we really do not know with enough certainty. There are definitely people who are currently alive who have more knowledge of these experiences than others and much has been written in this area, but for most of us, we will possibly only know at the point of physical death – and then, will we be consciously aware or even remember anything if we are? In some ways, I wonder if the death experience – after the initial transition – is a bit like sleep. We rarely know when we finally ‘go to sleep’, but we know exactly when we ‘wake up’. Perhaps this will be one of what is sometimes known as a quale 66 experience. Perhaps our next conscious self-aware experience after death, is finding our self being re-born into another physical body… 66

In western society, we are brought up to fear death and to put it off for as long as we can. Even if we are very physically/mentally ill, every attempt is made to prolong our agony for an extra day, week, month, or year, etc. In a world that is complaining about over population, we do little to discourage people from breeding and even less to encourage them to die peacefully! Proponents of a dignified death, such as Terry Pratchett, 67 have long argued for a change in the law to take account of a person’s quality of life, when little quality can be perceived or experienced by the person locked into physical consciousness. Knowledge to help you in the game I now wish to draw upon some of the things I talked about in my previous book, ‘Quantum Mass Superstructures – creating the world you experience’. Some of what follows is referred to in QMS and some of it has been re-written to stay in context with this current book. As acceptance grows, reality becomes more solid Our perception of the physical is only a part of what we experience – what we are – or what anything is. Interestingly, mass is still considered by many to be a mystery. Although it is some time ago now, German physicist, Max Planck (1858-1947) had this insight: “All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force which brings the particle of an atom to vibration and holds this most minute solar system of the atom together. We must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent mind. This mind is the matrix of all matter.”68

This is actually very similar to Eugene Halliday’s 69 description of the Sentient Power Field.70 We could also extend these views to quantum superposition until we get wave collapse from intelligent conscious focus – and from there, the creation of quantum mass superstructures. Indeed, David Bohm71 suggested that: “The wave function is the meaning of information that acts on the particle… Wave function is the mathematical interpretation of the field of information.” He further explained by analogy that: “Each individual contains the whole information field of society.” And that: “The individual is formed out of society but together, the individuals form society… As groups get larger it becomes more difficult to maintain a coherent whole.”72 This last statement supports my view of perceived chaos when some QMS come into [touch plane 73] contact. Bohm also adds (making analogy to holograms): “Each part of the image contains an image of the whole - but with less detail than the whole.” As I once stated to Starlab [2000] in a biographical write-up: “I believe every person has part of the answer to everything.” For this reason, we should never be dismissive of a suggestion from someone outside of our ‘circle of recognised expertise’.

Our perception of reality is coloured by our pre-existing experiences and personal beliefs. This makes it very difficult to actually know: What is a “truth”? What really exists and what does not? It is almost impossible for us to respond to anything without personal bias. Most of us have had help with making sense of enough reality that we don’t go mad. Without help and guidance from someone with a measure of living in, and working with physical experience, we find that subsequent generations will behave very differently from our own and often at odds with our understanding of what is truth; real or unreal. This is not necessarily a ‘bad’ thing, but unless we learn to manage its consequences, we’re in for a rough ride. Furthermore, arriving on the planet amongst people who have already made many discoveries about physical existence saves us all a lot of time re-inventing everything. The real problems occur when individuals or groups become dogmatic in their approaches to truths and force or coerce the populace to believe in the “wrong” information to preserve the standing of those originating the “false” beliefs. Two past examples of this are, the Earth is flat and the sun travels around it! An awful lot of time was wasted because of this deviation of evaluation, where religion deemed the Earth to be the centre of all things and science suggested otherwise! What if everything is right? When I ask this question, I am actually suggesting that even when we make mistakes or decide that some of our beliefs were not quite right; we are still right in what we were, and are, doing. This is part of our process of assimilation and understanding. If we got all of the answers immediately, we wouldn’t need to exist as we do – in human form. We would in fact be “All That Is”. People on ‘spiritual paths’ have often reached the contradictions of their beliefs when suddenly realising that you have to:

Do without doing; be without being; see without seeing, and so on. Of course, science hasn’t been without its own seeming contradictions either and, for a long time, arguments about the nature of light being a wave or particles only resolved itself when the wave/particle theory of light was deemed to be quite acceptable. (See the double-slit experiment described earlier). When you have a thought about any pre-existing idea, you actually change the nature of what exists… albeit in your own perception of reality. Furthermore, you can use this knowledge to alter what you later perceive. As I mentioned earlier: “You’ll see it when you believe it!” This, actually, is the way everything works. One of the few truths that can exist in individual personal experience is that the only point in time that really exists to us, as individuals, is whatever we are experiencing in every moment of “now”. Yes, we can look back and project forward a bit, but in terms of taking action, every moment of now is the only time we really control or exist in. This was summed up by Seth (mentioned previously), whose two favourite expressions were: “You create your own reality” and “Your point of power is now”. For a considerable time, the human race has preserved some sense of perceived order – possibly because a few groups generally controlled the populations of creative thinkers around the world. It was possible for most QMS to coexist. Of course, we are talking about different QMS coexisting, and when different QMS come into close proximity, there is likelihood that they will make contact. The point at which contact is made, I have called the “touch plane”.74 (The touch plane is multidimensional and has no obvious shape or line). The planet Earth 74

The number of QMS contained in the Earth is beyond human comprehension and probably best described in terms of fractal infinity. However, for most of its life, some 4.5 billion years (as we believe its physical age to be) QMS have coexisted in perfect balance and in such strength of purpose, that we have had to operate within the constructs predefined before our arrival â&#x20AC;&#x201C; for example, accepting of everything from the air we breathe to the gravity that holds us down, to the water that we drink, etc. Our ability to influence perceivable change has been limited by the power and vastness of this planet and the time it has solidified its structures so that they cannot easily be changed by our influence. For much of human existence, we have been able to create more QMS, but nothing that would overwhelm, or not fit with, already existing structures. The planet Earth is our most enduring QMS and its formation over a very long time period enabled it to achieve stability for the safety and well-being of mentally and physically evolving sentient beings â&#x20AC;&#x201C; long before we arrived. It gave us a recognisable physical framework and a position to start from. The apprentice is not given the means to destroy the work â&#x20AC;&#x201C; only the means required to learn about the work before adding to it.

However, everything for us, has changed – and one thing that has changed things more than anything, is our use of the World Wide Web75 to communicate thoughts, feelings, and ideas, at unprecedented speed and on an unprecedented scale. Yes, we have come together to create physical cities and engineering masterpieces, but never before have we come together in such large groups to share spontaneous thoughts and have a say to others about our own perceptions of the reality we experience and how we want to change it. There is so much stress now placed on already highly populated areas of the sentient field that it’s difficult for everything to fit neatly. The vibrational energy of the planet has become very dense and we are noticing fractures in our perception. What we thought was a solid, secure, reality, is no longer. This is why we now experience, first hand, what it is like to live in a quantum physical universe, driven by the consciousness of expansive creative mind. We now have so many new thoughts and feelings, that it is difficult to create anything lasting or solid. It may seem all very exciting, but it is causing a great deal of personal and collective insecurity. For the first time in our history, we have realised how much change we can impose on our environment and we are also realising that we have lost control of our perceived mastery. The apprentice has suddenly found other ways to use fire, beyond keeping warm. The interaction of QMS can be very forgiving, but in highly populated areas of the world, we are experiencing the plane edges of colliding QMS and it’s where these edges meet, and/or overlap, that we experience the greatest changes in our perceptions of reality and also the greatest density of forms. The point is that when QMS touch, something has to change. If the quality of colliding QMS is too diverse and smooth blending isn’t possible, something new will be created – and in your perception, this may manifest in a number of different ways – appearing as unusual, exciting, or frightening. 75

Unlike most of nature, which naturally (on the whole) tries to find balance with itself, creatively aware and thinking human beings quite literally see things differently. We are uniquely placed to experience self-realisation and have the capacity for creative thought. We can make judgements about our environment and we can [mostly] impose our will on how we want things to be. Many people live in dense populations and the resulting low vibrational density of physical, material creative focus is having a detrimental effect on the world. Furthermore, these people are now connected through the World Wide Web via the Internet, bringing vast areas of the world’s populations into their own personal spaces. With so many creative minds in close proximity, and a range of agendas and abilities in creating their projections of reality, it is inevitable that some confusion will arise. In a sense, we are seeing chaos coming from order – order being the previously and generally accepted way in which our society seemed to function from day to day. In the age of communication, it is important to have good filters and to question what we are creating. Contemporary youth is quite a good barometer of change. The young tend to be much more ‘in the moment’ than most adults. As stated previously, part of this is often due to the lack of real responsibility (as in the adult context of being responsible). To understand this, you have to understand how sentient beings evolve their understanding of who they are in the context of the physical environment [the world] they find themselves in. Without wise guidance, young people learn on their own about whom they are, where they are, and what they can and cannot do – and some of this may physically endanger the other players who have already been in the game for some time. In addition to this, our often imposed, ‘politically correct’ western culture may be fine on the surface, but in order for a society to function, people have to cooperate and contribute together at deeper levels – and I do not mean by being forced into situations dictated by, or following political agendas based on arcane principles that benefit only minorities. 101
Learning focus and self-discipline is a tough lesson and children need to appreciate its benefits as well as its difficulty. Waiting until you are a teenager or an adult before understanding this lesson makes it very difficult to progress effectively in physical reality. You might already be asking: “So what, if I do what I want. What has any of this stuff got to do with me? Firstly, you must accept your individual position in the context of everything else and know that what you perceive is what you are creating and what you have already created. As already said, “You’ll see it when you believe it!” What most people do not realise is that they are already seeing their beliefs manifest. How can we test reality and solidify understanding?
There are two things to remember about physical reality: 1. Much of it was formed before our arrival 2. We can learn about what is here and create anything from
whatever is potentially possible We also have two realities as human beings living in the physical world.

1. There are things that form a basic structure and context for
our survival and understanding 2. We create personal experiences of reality that can vary from
other people In order to develop and progress our personal learning and understanding, we have to create the circumstances that will help us. This might mean that we create conflict to learn about resolution. In creating this scenario, imagine you are a writer for an episodic television drama. You have locations, key characters, and various events. As the creative writer, you can organise these into any arrangement you desire in order to get the most out of the experience. Everything is recorded and then played back to others so that they too can share the experience of your understanding. This can often save time on everyone having to re-learn the same things. Put another way; when you have general agreement among the majority, no one has to re-test the water. Put a different way: We create the personal circumstances we need for ourselves. It’s almost like being measured up for tailored clothing. However, what usually happens is that we forget we put in the order and blame everyone else, but ourselves, for what we end up with and what we are experiencing. If that’s not bad enough, we then tell everyone we meet that this is what life is like! The joke is still on us though, because we also create the people who will respond to us saying “this is what life is like!” We actually create the whole scenario, circumstances and retorts. We now have two problems: The first is that we have to operate within the confines laid down before our physical arrival into the physical plain; and secondly, we create the personal reality we experience. Surely this is a contradiction? How can we both be at the mercy of a physical world and at the same time responsible for creating it? For centuries, we have been told by ancient peoples that the world is illusion – or as they say in India, ‘Maya’ – centred on the fact that we do not experience the environment itself but rather a projection of it, created by ourselves.

This is not an easy concept to get your head around and I suggest you re-read this several times until you understand its significance. This also has some bearing on Niels Bohr’s comment: “Anyone who is not shocked by quantum theory has not understood it.” We might suppose that scientifically speaking, quantum theory is shocking. However, I believe that Bohr’s comment was a reflection of his own sudden realisation of the illusion of reality. We may never be able to explain everything with a purely scientific approach, but we can see that however you view things, nothing is entirely what is seems to be. Science can test for ever, anything that has a physical basis, but it will always struggle to ‘tie down’ pure consciousness. It’s a bit like treating the symptoms of illness and never acknowledging, or finding, the cause. Consciousness is immaterial, although its effects can be witnessed through its interaction with physical processes and physical things, e.g. we can measure conscious activity manifesting physical response in the physical brain. The process of creating Physically, we can make manifest anything that we can focus on.

This is probably the simplest statement I can make and yet, at the same time, the most complex suggestion for people to comprehend or act on. Over the years, I have personally experimented on a daily basis with the ideas and thoughts mentioned in this book. Indeed, I am still experimenting. I have run a series of tests on altering and creating reality states and I have had some positive results. However, I am not sure that my methods would rate as particularly scientific or indeed, verifiable after the events. My aim now, is to record and catalogue my trials with more diligence. Fortunately, I have a healthy scepticism as well as a belief that we have more to discover. I am not going to repeat my previous findings here, suffice to say they can be found in my previous books. Why donâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t things happen as soon as we have a thought about them? How do you know that nothing happens? Everything throughout the universe is inextricably connected. Spiritual people have always believed this and science is getting closer to proving it. As soon as you have a thought about something, you begin a process that may evolve into something greater. You have put a stress on the conscious sentient field. Even when you sleep, your mind continues to work on problems â&#x20AC;&#x201C; very often leading to new insights or solutions upon waking. What would happen if thoughts became things instantly? For most of us, instant creation would be disastrous and we would very soon lose control of the situations we created. Most of us therefore, in the normal scheme of things, are given physical time to consider our wishes â&#x20AC;&#x201C; time to run through different scenarios before selecting our true desires.

Another reason that most people do not instantly manifest their desires is because they sabotage constructive thoughts through reflective doubt and feelings of personal unworthiness. Remember too, that very often we are trying to effect a change on something that has already formed a solid reality in our perception and we are attempting to change this solidity. This is possibly the single most important thing to understand about QMS. Instant manifestation often does occur when: • •
• • •
A fleeting thought is in perfect harmony with a deeply held desire, (often at an unconscious level of awareness). A time of extreme stress focuses the attention to the exclusion of all other stimuli, (facing death, loss, or an inability to see clarity in confusion). This same process results in cutting off conscious connection to all past and future events, forcing us into a ‘now’ only state. A moment of clarity appears at a time when we feel at peace and have great love and acceptance for something. We are a vibrational match to the thing we want. A group of people focus intently on one objective.
(See also: ‘clearing complexities 1’ on page 79). Remember: Instant creative manifestation is a direct by-product of sharp mental focus on the conscious sentient field to the exclusion of any connections outside of your ‘now’, whilst at the same time having a vibrational match to whatever you desire. At the same time, you need to see in your mind’s eye, something different to what you appear to perceive in your current reality. (This could be the real reason that most people are encouraged to close their eyes when meditating. It’s not easy to imagine something different when you are consciously receiving visual information of a reality you want to change). See the outcome and do not allow the opposite of it to mess up the vibration. It is very easy to become confused by physical reality. Much of science is confused by it. The problem is that we are working with 106
only the reality we experience from the sensors (our senses) that we have available to us – the reality that we have created on individual levels. (It’s also a bit like a three-dimensional being trying to convince a two-dimensional being that there is another dimension). I once asked a friend how we could both go into a room separately, one or either of us never having been in that room before, and in a later discussion agree on the nature and appearance of graffiti on the walls? At the time, no satisfactory answer seemed forthcoming. A year later, I was watching a film with others – none of us ever having seen the film before. I wondered: “If I create my own reality, how can anyone else agree that they are watching the same film as me?” Finally, my friend gave me this answer: “You create your own reality”. “Yes”, I protested, “I know that!” “No”, he said. “You create your own reality!” Suddenly, I realised what he meant. I create every part of my own reality, including the part where I can watch the same film with other people and they can agree with me that we are seeing the same film. It’s all part of my film direction; my tailored clothing, or whatever other simile I care to make. The implications of this, even if the interpretation is wrong are, as Spock from Star Trek would say, most interesting. This means that I have personally created the environment I need to progress my life path, tailored perfectly to me, my needs and desires. If you multiply this to every human being on the planet – what an amazing situation! And because many of us want to experience similar things, we form conscious collectives with others and, where required, come together to share specific situations and experiences. This creates an incredibly complex multidimensional tapestry of possibility. It also allows us as individuals to ‘work through’ all the aspects of our nature that we wish to develop, change, improve, etc. 107
Much of our personal reality is formed in physical dimensions. However, we also have a quality that connects us in other ways to everything in the universe – much of it totally non-physical and timeless in our terms. Occasionally, we tune into these other aspects of ourselves and can indeed utilise them to great personal effect. It is doubtful though, whether we will ever be completely convinced, as a human collective, that our experience is of our own making. How can we be sure whether or not a QMS is representative of an actual truth or simply imagined through popular hearsay? The short answer is we cannot. All we can say of truth is: truth is what enough people believe is right at any given time. What can we do? In terms of saving the planet from further harm, it is probably too late to halt, never mind reverse, the rollercoaster to oblivion that has been gathering pace even over just the last 50 years. However, on an individual level, we can all treat our everyday environment with a bit more respect and consideration for the other people we share it with. Humans are constantly fowling on their own pasture. Simple things to show we care could include anything from, not throwing our litter on the ground for other people to clear for us; not emptying rubbish from our moving vehicles; not spitting chewing gum all over the places where people walk; not wasting food because it’s one day over the ‘best before’ date; not buying the meet of animals and then not using all that we have bought. Possibly, the people reading this are not those who behave in those ways. However, you may be the guardian of a child for a time and therefore it is your responsibility to educate that child that a level of respect for all things is important and ultimately, beneficial to the child and to every developing adult. These are simple and individually personal examples of how everyone can improve not only their environment, but the way they demonstrate at a local level, how they want the physical world to be. 108
It involves 100% personal responsibility; respect for self as well as others; and sends out a vibrational message to consciousness that a positive change at a physical level is desired. Another thing you can do is focus your attention on more of the outcomes you would like and less on those you feel hatred towards. This one action will change your world and raise the vibrational feeling tones of everyone. And the best thing you can do is to enjoy yourself in whatever you involve yourself in. Throw off anything that is ‘getting you down’ or lowing your personal vibration into heavy density. Release the fears you have about surviving if you change your situation. You are a creative being who can tap into conscious creative energies any time you choose to do so. You still don’t get it?
Fair enough – it’s a difficult subject to get your head around. I’ll have a go at listing what’s been covered: • •
You are self-actualized consciousness in physical form. You have an ego to help you focus on physical reality in order to get the most out of the experience and help you to forget that you are the consciousness that forms the ‘All That Is’. 109

Everything you experience is created by you and internal creation is projected from you to create the physical reality you experience as being outside of yourself. If you want to change your experience, change your attitude – no one else can do it for you. Live in the vortex. The only time that exists, is your every moment of ‘now’. The Earth is a physical playground for self-actualized consciousness in physical form. Physical reality follows its own ‘rules’ and, as consciousness in physical form, you are susceptible to working with those rules that you have accepted. The physical world and universe can be tested, changed, and manipulated and discoveries are relevant in physical terms and context. Our confusion, and contradictions about our physical reality, often arises when we get a glimpse of the true nature of our ‘conscious’, non-physical, existence. Unless we look after our physical world, we will lose the physical experience we love most – being on the Earth. It is more than likely that a collective consciousness decision will be realised, to remove large numbers of humankind from the planet Earth, to shed density and stop the destruction that humankind has not stopped. This will give time for recovery without loss of the planet that took so long to create in the first place. A small number of people will remain on the Earth to act as caretakers and when the time is right, enable consciousness to incarnate back into human form with greater wisdom and understanding. There will be a rising of vibrational energy and consciousness as we move into a new world age and leave what the Maya called the 13th baktun cycle.
So there you have it. Everything you think you know about the physical world and the conscious universe is much more than you thought. Indeed, physical reality is created from all those thoughts and projections of you, me and other people.
