OVERVIEW OF THE RGS WORCESTER FAMILY OF SCHOOLS

The RGS Worcester Family of Schools encompasses four schools: RGS Worcester, RGS The Grange, RGS Springfield and RGS Dodderhill, collectively offering a seamless educational journey for children aged 2 to 18. Our Family of Schools serves a diverse student body of 1,650 students, supported by a dedicated team of over 350 academic staff.

Each individual School operates under the guidance of its own Head, with overall leadership coming from the Head of RGS Worcester, who also serves as the Executive Head of The RGS Worcester Family of Schools. This leadership structure ensures consistency in educational quality and operational management across the Schools. Our operational excellence is supported by centralised services in Finance, Marketing, Estates, IT, and Human Resources.

This model streamlines administration, supports crossfunctional efficiencies and best practices across the Schools, enhancing the educational experience and operational effectiveness.

The aim of the RGS Worcester Family of Schools is to provide an excellent all round education for children aged 2 –18 years, supporting them in their passage to adulthood by developing character, intellect, physical and emotional well-being and cultural understanding within a supportive community.
