 Attended staff meetings to discuss the work being done and possible collaborations or support  Filmed training videos in the radio station to produce training moodle page  Reviewed society budget requests and distributed resources to societies  Updated election regulations to correct errors for VP (Events) and VP (Environment) roles  Attended Language Society EGM to ensure democracy in their elections  Planned, hosted and chaired annual general meetings and elections for Radar, RGU:TV and RGU:Radio  Wrote ’10 Reasons to Run in By-Election’ post to promote by-elections nominations  Supported Marty, through promoting RGU:RAG Week and Movember events on social media and e-mail  Organised site visits to venues such as AECC, and Marcliff hotel to create an events guide for future balls and functions including Student Achievement and RGU Business Ball  Form initial plans for Respect Campaign to discourage lad culture behaviour and promote equality in the student community  Worked to host and organise ‘Your Aberdeen Forum’, but low attendance meant the event turned into a ‘Go Out And Listen’ activity  Chaired and supported societies forum, to discuss Give It A Go Week, meeting space and more  Communicated and responded to concerns around building hour changes announced  Met with Garage Nightclub to review Freshers Week partnership and discuss areas of improvement  Launched an #IWillLead campaign on University Street to encourage women nominations in the Byelection through showcasing inspirational women leaders throughout history and at RGU

• Attended meeting of the Aberdeen Student Community Partnership Working Group, to discuss developing a community strategy in partnership with NESCol and AUSA. • Organised a community priorities voting board, to outline the development priorities for RGU • Coordinated feedback surrounding First Bus and student transport issues through social media • Met with the management team at First Bus to discuss student concerns and begin dialogue • Continued to coordinate and manage the Safe Taxi Scheme - Aberdeen • Attended networking event held by Aberdeen youth Council with fellow officers from NESCol and AUSA

Scotland/UK  Wrote a letter with the Impact Report for 20142015 and distributed it to students unions across Scotland and RGU senior management.  Met with European Commission to discuss hosting a possible exhibition at RGU  Met with Rob Henthorn from NUS to discuss placement representation and catch up  Participated in the filming of a national ‘Prevent’ toolkit video to advise on the Counter Terrorism and Security Act (2015)
