2017 Parade of Homes A message from the Coastal Bend Home Builders Association President: Trey Summers, and the Parade of Homes Chair: Tracy Long.

n behalf of the Coastal Bend Home Builders Association, we would like to take this opportunity to invite all residents and visitors in the Coastal Bend Area to the 2017 Parade of Homes® on Friday, June 9th - June 11th and on June 16th-18th. This year, our area builders will be featuring a variety of homes showcasing the latest in design trends and product technologies. The Parade of Homes® covers Padre Island, Rockport, Flour Bluff, Corpus Christi, Portland, and Calallen. Whether you are in the market to buy a new home, are a builder of new home construction, are looking to incorporate new ideas into your dream home, or just want to spend some time visiting the current trends in new home construction, the 2017 Parade of Homes® has something for you. Within this Parade Guide are maps to all of the featured homes, along with floorplans and elevations by each of the participating builders. This year’s Showcase Home featured by the

Coastal Bend Home Builders Association Past Presidents Council is located at 3025 Neches Dr. in the Cayo de Oso subdivision.
