Training in classical music has help me connect with the creative world. But it was not until a few years ago, with the help of God, that I decided to pursue my first love: art. And since I find joy in creating for others, this lead me to graphic design. Being a designer has actually helped me develop other skills such as marketing, advertising, business, writing, and personal relations. Design involves more than sitting in front of a computer and the use of some “cool looking” Photoshop filters. Real designers don’t rely on sudden inspiration, but rather on practice, thinking, research, and organization. (You think that’s easy?) As a creative, I strive to design my best for my clients, as well as myself. I believe in producing high quality work that both my clients and I can be proud of. Creatives (artist, musicians, crafters, writers, etc.) are some of the hardest working people I know.Witnessing them and practicing myself has shaped my work ethic. (And probably the fact that I’m Asian.) I enjoy controlling the majority of the production process, from original photography and composites, to working with my printers for the final product.
