Pinnacle relaunches their services on offer at RHKYC, with an incumbent fitness team commencing daily group sessions and personal training throughout the week at Kellett Island, supporting goals and fitness needs of members of all ages and abilities.

Throughout the month of September, Pinnacle will offer a number of complimentary group classes and fitness and health focused speaker corners, along with an additional discount for personal training packages.

Offering unlimited access to group and team sessions, members can avail of a monthly fee offering small group sessions with Pinnacle coaches. These classes will be complimentary throughout September.

Kuppa Kombucha – Join us for this month’s beverage masterclass. Meet James Barker founder of Kuppa, learn how to produce this sparkling probiotic tea made in Hong Kong. Kombucha tea is a miracle drink that has demonstrated positive wellness results, since its discovery centuries ago to the modern day.

Displaying healing and cleansing proprieties, kombucha continues to receive more and more attention where tests have brought to light interesting compounds and active ingredients that have raised the drinks popularity.
