Click ‘Mail Settings’ found under the cog menu in the top right corner of your Gmail screen.

Select the ‘Accounts’ tab then click ‘Add a mail account you own’

Enter your full @rhyddings.lancs.sch.uk address and click ‘Next Step’
Enter the settings as above. NOTE: Make sure you enter your FULL email address in the username box. Click ‘Add Account’ This will then proceed to download all the email from your previous account. This process can take some time, especially if you have a lot of emails stored. 4.
The next screen will give you the option of being able to send emails from your new Gmail account using your old email address alongside your new one. If you would like to do this, check the option and click next. You will then have to follow the instructions sent to your old account address.
