A THOUGHTFULLY DESIGNED NEIGHBORHOOD BW Iskra is part of a new mid-rise residential complex located in the third row of buildings from the Sava riverfront, southwest of the Gazela Bridge. The elongated plot is bordered by Vojvoda Mišić and Woodrow Wilson Boulevards and is divided into several interconnected zones. The complex includes two other residential buildings that surround a spacious landscaped courtyard, which features a basketball court, an outdoor gym, and an indoor gym located in one of the buildings. The courtyard is also enclosed on the fourth side by a hotel facility. The three residential buildings, each nine stories high, share a consistent architectural style and character.
