Located along the east (right) bank of the River Sava, the new development provides immediate access to the Sava Bridge, linking the old city centre with New Belgrade. Just over one kilometre away, Gazela Bridge enables easy access in and out of town via the E-75 international highway, with Belgrade Airport Nikola Tesla being just a 15-minute drive away. There are numerous public transport options nearby including buses and trams, while Belgrade's historic city centre lays just a short walking distance away.

DINAMIČNA ŽIVOTNA ZAJEDNICA A VIBRANT RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY

BW Terra deli zemljište sa svojom bliznakinjom, zgradom BW Aria. Zajednički arhitektonski jezik ova dva objekta obuhvata komplementarne boje, teksture i uravnotežen ritam formi. Obe zgrade su orijentisane u pravcu sever-jug, sa brižljivo uređenim komunalnim dvorištem između njih. Arhitektonsko rešenje zgrade BW Terra oslanja se na formu zgrade BW Aria koja sadrži tri kaskadna bloka. Najviši blok ima 19, a najniži 15 spratova. Od ukupno 153 stana u ponudi, većina će imati direktan pogled na reku ili grad, a stambene jedinice koje zauzimaju severni i južni ugao imaće vidike koji se pružaju u tri pravca, kao i celodnevnu izloženost sunčevim zracima. U skladu sa njenim imenom, enterijer zgrade BW Terra sadržaće paletu zemljanih boja i kamenih tekstura, unoseći toplinu, eleganciju i osećaj prirodne ravnoteže u svakodnevni život stanara.

BW Terra shares the land plot with its twin, BW Aria. The architectural language of the two buildings includes complementary colours, textures and a balanced rhythm of forms. Both buildings are arranged in the North-South direction, with a beautifully landscaped communal courtyard between them. BW Terra’s architectural design echoes that of BW Aria, with three cascading blocks. The tallest block will feature 19, and the lowest 15 floors. The majority of the 153 apartments will have direct views towards the river or the city, with North and South corner units benefitting from three-sided vistas and all-day sun exposure. In line with its name, BW Terra’s interiors will incorporate a palette of earth colours and stone textures, bringing warmth, elegance and a sense of natural balance to everyday living. 21
