BW Nika is a freestanding highrise residential building located in the third row of buildings from the Sava riverfront. The 18-storey edifice features 219 apartments of various sizes: from studio,1 BR, 1.5 BR, 2 BR, and 3 BR, to 5 BR penthouse. The building’s architectural design features three cascading blocks of different heights, with massing and proportions intended to reflect a simple yet modern urban character and create the mood of a street scene. Depending on their orientation, apartments have views of neighbouring buildings BW King’s Park and BW Queen’s Park, the landscaped inner courtyard, or the city panorama, and benefit from all-day sun exposure.
