BW Quartet is a freestanding midrise residential complex located in the fourth row of buildings from the riverside, directly opposite Sava Park. The 9-storey edifice features 114 apartment units of various sizes (1 BR, 1.5 BR, 2 BR, 3 BR, 3.5 BR, 4 BR, 4 BR Penthouse), as well as kindergarten and retail facilities on the ground floor. The building’s ‘L’ shaped footprint has the longer side facing Sava Park along the new boulevard, and the private communal garden facing Savska Street, providing the residents with calming views of lush greenery.

The building’s key design feature includes a facade articulation that breaks down the massing into a series of blocks, simultaneously forming the perception of diversity and coherency of a typical city street. Apartment unit orientation is designed to maximize the influx of natural light, while the exclusive corner location boasts uninterrupted views towards the park and the riverfront, including full height views of Kula Belgrade from selected apartments.
