Smešten na desnoj obali reke Save, Belgrade Waterfront je jedna od najbolje povezanih lokacija u prestonici. Zahvaljujući novoj saobraćajnoj infrastrukturi omogućen je direktan pristup mostu Gazela, pa se u grad lako ulazi i iz njega izlazi međunarodnim autoputem E-75. Aerodrom Nikola Tesla Beograd nalazi se na 15 minuta vožnje automobilom, dok obližnji Savski most omogućava jednostavan protok saobraćaja između starog grada i Novog Beograda. Buduća glavna metro stanica, koja povezuje obe linije, nalaziće se na pešačkoj udaljenosti, a za bicikliste su već obezbeđene brojne staze u okviru Belgrade Waterfront-a i duž obala Save i Dunava.
Belgrade Waterfront is one of the capital’s bestconnected locations. The new transportation infrastructure enables immediate access to Gazela Bridge, providing an easy approach in and out of town via the E-75 international highway. The nearby Sava Bridge facilitates direct connections between the old city centre and New Belgrade, while Nikola Tesla International Airport is located within a 15 minute car drive. When complete, the new metro system will make every part of the city easily reachable, with two stations catering for the needs of Belgrade Waterfront: one close to Galerija and one at Sava Square, where the first two lines will intersect. In addition, ample cycling lanes within the development and along the Sava and Danube river banks are already in operation.

BW Rima je visoka, slobodnostojeća zgrada koja se nalazi u drugom redu od obale reke Save. Ova dvadesetšestospratnica obuhvata 198 vrhunskih stanova različitih veličina, od kompaktnih jednosobnih do prostranih trosobnih jedinica. Arhitektonsko rešenje zgrade karakteriše razigrana fasada i neobična „cik-cak“ osnova, sa dispozicijama koje omogućavaju maksimalan broj ugaonih stanova i dvostranu orijentaciju – čak 78% stanova u kompleksu BW Rima imaće ovu veličanstvenu prednost. Pored toga, mali broj stanova po spratu i pažljivo odabrana kombinacija tipova jedinica predstavljaju idealno okruženje za porodice, dok pristup iz dva odvojena hodnika stvara osećaj manjeg broja jedinica po spratu.
BW Rima is a freestanding highrise residential building located in the second row from the Sava riverfront.
