The Bristol Residences Belgrade is inspired by the timeless beauty of the famous Hotel Bristol, one of the oldest hotels in Belgrade. It was built in 1912, and it is an anthological example of modern Belgrade architecture and the pinnacle of the city’s art nouveau architecture. The building was declared a cultural monument in 1987. It is located on Kardjordjeva Street, in the Savamala settlement. Savamala is the site of the first urbanization outside the established boundaries of the Belgrade Fortress, which “descended” the city to the river, and the urban landscape was transformed establishing a new identity for Belgrade.
