This design attempts to address homelessness in Savannah, Georgia by reusing an abandoned fire station in the heart of the historic district. The ten sustainability measures help provide an affordable micro-housing solution being the drivers of the design.

Architectural Studio I Spring 2014 Professor Carole Pacheco Group Project with Halie Moss This development seeks to attract the interest of

tourists

and

the

community

through

educational exhibitions and interactive ruin trails. The incorporation of an archaeological re s e a rc h f a c i l i t y, a p o t te r y wo r k s h o p a n d a cafe encourages an active engagement with the public.
