The Massacre of The Megafauna
Talk about their demo, the future and a rather promising film plot... How did the band form? Luke (Drums) and Ron (Guitars) had been jamming for years and started doing some stuff with Jim (Guitars) just before I joined in late 2009 on vocals. We'd known each other from the local scene for years, and like most small scenes, it was all a bit incestuous and we'd all done stuff together before. A couple of months after I joined Chris Joined on bass, but he has now left and Will now handles the low frequencies!
If your music were to be adapted into film what story would it tell?
We'd probably all give a different answer but here's mine. It would tell a two part story. It didn't take long to turn over, and I reckon that we were all Would you like to come to Portugal? really pleased with the demo... personally, speaking as a guitarist, I was really happy with my vocals and love being in this band as a I have friends in Braga who I should visit. We'd love to play some concerts in Portugal... In fact anywhere outside the UK; all our singer. Great fun! friends who have played on the continent tell us how well bands are Are you recording new material? If so, how has the recording treated. Here in the UK, the way bands are treated is shit - we've played 50+ gigs and have only been paid once (20 pounds)... Here been? music is seen as a hobby and nothing more... We're writing away, and are pretty much ready to record, but we're all so busy with real life that we can't find the time to get in to the Also, the weather in Portugal has got to be warmer than in the UK so yeah, we'd love to come to Portugal! Obrigado! studio and record... There's a financial crisis in the world, and we've gotta eat!
