Residential architecture is a testament to the intersection of functionality, aesthetics, and the intimate connection between individuals and their living spaces.
Frank Lloyd Wright

Conceived as a retreat for occasional use and with the capacity to host large social events, this prominent building incorporates 4 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, and an elegant stable in a fully integrated manner.
The main structure of the residence is configured by the interconnection of two blocks, joined by a bridge that serves as the main access to the house. This arrangement allows for a clear distinction between the social and private areas, granting a harmonious balance to the interior layout.
Furthermore, the integration of the ensemble is enhanced through gardens and habitable terraces, designed to adapt to the terrain’s topography. This careful planning not only emphasizes the interconnection between spaces but also accentuates the harmonious relationship between the architecture and its natural surroundings.

Single-family home, located in a privileged neighborhood near the city of Quito, is a testament to elegance in its simplicity. Its design is oriented towards the creation of spacious yet austere spaces, where light plays a fundamental role. Glass, stone, and reinforced concrete elements interact harmoniously to achieve a refined aesthetic.
The central body of the house, transparent and welcoming, houses the main social areas. This transparency not only serves as a viewpoint to the surrounding environment but also establishes a direct visual connection between the internal garden and the exterior context of the house.
This fusion of interior and exterior not only maximizes the entry of natural light but also creates an architectural experience that celebrates simplicity, elegance, and harmonious integration with nature.

2nd Place - XIII ILAFA Steel Design Competition for Architecture Students
Conceived for the III ILAFA Steel Design Competition for Architecture Students, it focuses on the development of a sports complex in a coastal area of Venezuela. Highlighting the structural capabilities of steel in architecture, the complex houses a baseball stadium, a multi-purpose area, and 8 training fields, accompanied by urban interventions such as covered squares, commercial terraces, and an administrative building.
The project aims to showcase the structural feats possible through the use of steel in architectural projects. This is particularly evident in the support of lightweight roofs for the courts and grandstands, with impressive free spans of 40 meters in length.
Beyond its sporting function, the complex stands as a testament to architectural innovation, demonstrating that steel is not only an efficient structural material but also an aesthetic and functional element that can significantly transform the urban landscape.
