Now is the time to look into how your building will accommodate the need for EV charging stations. Various government incentive programs are now available, offering financial support for those who choose to install them. At the federal level, Canada’s Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Program (ZEVIP) is a 5-year $280 million program ending in 2024 that was launched to address the lack of charging and refuelling stations, which has been one of the key barriers to ZEV adoption.
