Richard Mallett

Richard Mallett is a professional sports coach, specialising in football coaching. Born in Derby, England in 1983, Mallett studied for a degree in Sports Science, following this with an FA Level 4 (UEFA A) in Coaching Football – the highest-level qualification accredited by the Football Association. Sports, physical activity, wellness and nutrition are at the centre of Mallett’s personal and professional life. Outside of his work as a football coach, Mallett trains and participates in triathlon competitions, and he is currently in training for Ironman UK 2020. Alongside triathlon training, Mallett enjoys a variety of other activities, including strength training, mountain biking and trail running. Mallett also enjoys trekking, which he has combined with his love of travel, having trekked in countries such as Nepal, Japan and Tanzania, as well as across South America, including Peru and Argentina.
