The site is also located on the highway route that connecting some of the big cities in this region. Thus, this is can be a good place for multicultural product's promotion as more people have an eye on it and may be interested to visit. The triangle shape which its apotema side facing highway in parallel allows longer view span and duration. Batang Kuis district is planned to focus on transit oriented development(TOD). The communal space will be an important need for the development. By combining communal space and buildings as cultural promotion space, it will generating interactions that rewarding for peoples and buildings itself. The site currently included in the intersection of ring II and ring III development area as the TOD concept. By planning the site as the buffer between two zones, peoples can define it more clearly.
