Definition: • ‘Enquiry’ (plural ‘Enquiries’) commonly known as ‘Question’. • It is used in any social interactions (formal & informal). • It aims to gather information from various sources, for various purposes.

an enquiry (or enquiries) can be made by using these commonly used question words:

Used to ask for a specific person or group of people.

Used to ask for a specific location.

Used to ask for a specific time.

Used to ask for a reason.

How

Used to ask for the process of doing sth. Also used for asking a condition or state of being. A simple way of asking for opinion/ suggestion.
