Richard Vesole is proud of the many opportunities he has been awarded in his career, which he considers some of his most significant achievements. One such opportunity was within his real estate investment career. At this point in his career, he is the largest owner of single-family rent-to-own homes in the Quad City metropolitan area. This includes the areas of Davenport, Iowa, Bettendorf, Iowa, Rock Island, Moline, East Moline, and the surrounding areas of Illinois. He has worked to develop over 600 properties over time with careful attention to the area and market conditions.
