Introduction

THE GUIDELINES A strong, cohesive brand identity is crucial to our growth and success. These standards act as a reference guide for all printed and online materials created for marketing purposes, both internal and external. Whether it be letterhead, our website or printed in an ad, consistency is vital. All publications, correspondence and advertising that include the DOCO logo should be submitted to to the DOCO Marketing Department for approval before printing or submitting. We want to welcome new individuals and present our current staff with a clear platform for communications. EXCLUSION ZONE In order to maximize its visual presence, the logo requires a surrounding area clear of any other graphic elements or text. The minimum excluclusion zone is equal to the width of the swirl. Always allow at least this amount of clear space around the logo. This will help give the logo clarity and presence.

NOTE CARD The notecard is a fold-over card and an A2 size envelope with the return address printed on the back flap.

COMMUNITY AD This ad is for the purpose of general advertising within the community, for example, yellow pages, chamber of commerce directory or a magazine. The ad is available in color or black and white in a variety of sizes. When placing an ad, always ask your ad rep for specific dimension on inches so that no distortion will occur. If the size is not readily available, the graphic designer can fit the ad to the specific dimensions for that publication.
