One of the most impactful skills I learned was connecting my head and my heart. This is a skill which highly valuable and used extensively in my coaching. I have studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP),and became a Certified Trainer of NLP in 2004. NLP is the study of the structure of subjective perception. Simply put, NLP examines the lens through which we perceive our world, and how to change that lens so that our world can be perceived in a more favorable way.
