Marvin L. “Tonto” Nachtigal, age 93 years of Yuba, Wisconsin, passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022 at the Agrace Center for Hospice in Janesville, Wisconsin. He was born on September 7, 1929 to James Wencil and Mary (Janecek) Nachtigal and was a lifelong resident of the Yuba area where he farmed. Marvin also enjoyed coon hunting and fishing. He is survived by his sister, Lillian Hatfield and many nieces and nephews.

Janie Rae Spencer, age 78, of rural Yuba, passed away peacefully at Pine Valley Community Village Saturday, November 5, 2022. She was born January 26, 1944, in Rockbridge Township, the daughter of James and Rena (Snorek) Spencer. She worked for many years at Myers and Anthony’s Supper Club in Hub City, WI. After retiring from cooking, she became a child care provider for 22 years and cooked at Jim and Marilyn’s Friday Night Fish Fry. She volunteered

at the Hub City Days; where she would bring her famous potato salad. She also worked at the election polls in Henrietta Township and even brought a sweet treat for voters. She loved spending time going to all three of her granddaughters’ activities, crocheting, painting, cooking and going to bingo. She was an avid bingo player at Pine Valley and would help fellow residents with their cards. Janie is survived by her daughter, Tracy (Bert) Duell of Richland Center; 3 granddaughters: Rena (Grant) Stittleburg of Viroqua, Kelby Duell of Mount Horeb, Jacy Duell of Richland Center; 9 brothers and sisters: Louise Nachtigal, Velma Jean (John) Goerlitz, James (Barbara) Spencer, Robert Spencer, Ruth Ann (Warren) Mick, Marilyn (Steve) Pinkham, Sue (James) Huffman, Kathy Spencer, and Karen Spencer, along with nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Janie was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Marie Spencer, Shirley (Larry) Frank, brother-in-law Carl Nachtigal, niece Diane Goerlitz, and a great nephew T.J. Persinger. She was most proud of her loving family and will be dearly missed. Memorial services were held at 12:00 PM on adno=315414 Saturday, November 12, 2022, at the Pratt Memorial Chapel with a luncheon that followed at the Pratt Community Hall. Few things can be as unsettling when behind the wheel as a sudden noise. Noises coming from a car can indicate a host of issues, and that’s one reason why such sounds tend to be so different. PM Charge Nurse

The PM charge nurse provides oversight and support to the clinical staff working the PM shift as well as assistance with the admission process, medical provider rounds, change of condition care, and facility issues that arise within the shift.

A great candidate would be a Registered Nurse that has long-term care experience, leadership experience or a desire to grow in a leadership capacity Knowledge of Infection prevention and control, wound management, and Long-term care regulations would be a plus.
