Whether you celebrate or take part in the idea of Valentine’s Day, this is a known perfect time to gift your significant other with something that they would love and enjoy to better their health. Even if you do not usually do anything for your loved one on this holiday, you can still let them know that you are thinking of them and gift them with something that brings them joy. In previous articles I have talked about self-love/ self-care and how that may look different for everyone, so this idea of treating your loved one in February is no different. This idea goes both ways in the relationship, and I feel that both parties should benefit from this idea of self-care.
