In 2018, James Beard Award winner Christopher Gross joined Wrigley Mansion with an ambitious vision: to re-imagine his beloved Christopher’s – formerly at Biltmore Fashion Park – for a whole new generation. Now open, Christopher’s at Wrigley Mansion offers several dining adventures, all with 180-degree Valley views from floor-to-ceiling windows and a retractable roof. The most luxe option is Gross’ eight-course (plus surprises) tasting menu ($250), which changes seasonally and may include farm fresh eggs with caviar, foie gras candy, wagyu with bearnaise sauce, fresh pasta, lobster, truffles, and copious sweets. The plating is as playful as the menu, with chargers displaying Gross’ handwritten cartoons and plates made from Arcosanti wind chimes. Christopher’s, 2501 E. Telawa Trail, Phoenix; 602.522.2344; www.wrigleymansion.com.
