I-90 Corporate Center/Costco Headquarters Offices A three-story, post-tensioned concrete building with 112,500 SF mixed-use development in Issaquah, WA. Three wings radiate from a large, skylighted central atrium. The building shape bends around a man-made lake, which serves as a landscape feature and drainage control.

Plaza at Yarrow Bay 300,000 SF of office space in four buildings, ranging from three to five stories, with approximately 75% of the parking provided in under-building structures. Due to the site's environmentally sensitive location adjacent to Lake Washington, 66 of its 88 acres were maintained as wetlands dedicated to the City of Kirkland, WA.
