A tradition passed down by family and friends. It’s a way of staying connected to both the land and our fellow riders. We don’t let the changing of the seasons stop us from exploring. As temperatures rise and reveal those trails recently forgotten by the cold, it reminds us that we too need to adapt.

Whether we ride the mountains, desert or back roads, the constant challenge of deadfall, rock ledges, sink holes and mud is just another way to explore both the land and ourselves. POLARIZED SUNGLASSES

Crafted to the highest standards. Every one of our sunglasses* feature a polarized Fusion 5 lens, a feature for glare cutting performance. Each sunglass is backed with a lifetime warranty and comes with a soft pouch. *Authority and Horizon are non-polarized.

TR90 FRAMES

TR90 was produced through Swiss technology as a thermoplastic material that is incredibly durable, flexible, and lightweight. Glasses made with TR90 are extremely comfortable because they have a flexible quality. Since they are flexible, they can bend under pressure and contour your face comfortably.

This flexibility also makes TR90 glasses resilient to damage. Because the material is pliable, they are far less likely to break or bend from impact. If you’re guilty of constantly dropping your glasses, fear not! TR90 frames are tougher than most.

Finally, and most remarkable of all, TR90 glasses are lightweight! Even the boldest, biggest styles don’t feel bulky when made with TR90. The thermoplastic material has a barely-there feel that you truly have to wear to believe.

The 509 industry leading warranty covers every product we make in a variety of ways. As a dealer, we have setup a quick & easy process for you to handle 509 warranty claims. All warranty claims MUST be handled by 509 directly by calling 1-877-743-3509, emailing support@ride509.com, or creating a Warranty Support Ticket.

WARRANTY PROCESS:

1. Dealer or customer contacts 509 directly (877) 743-3509.

2. 509 diagnoses the issue over the phone or email. If the issue is covered under warranty, customer needs to email photo of the issue to support@ride509.com.

3. 509 will either require the defective item to be returned to 509 or we may issue a replacement part with no return required.

WARRANTY PERIODS:

30-Day Product Guarantee / We guarantee our customers’ 100% satisfaction and will work with our customers to ensure that satisfaction. In the event you, the customer, are not happy with your purchase, we will offer a different solution to rectify any issues, exchange the item for a more suitable replacement, or offer our 30-day money back guarantee. We have a very easy 30day Return Policy. Submit a Customer Support Ticket to get a Return Authorization so we can process your customer’s return or exchange.

509 Apparel Warranty / All 509 apparel items are covered by a ONE YEAR (from time of purchase) limited warranty against manufacturing defects within the lifespan of the product.

509 Boot Warranty / All 509 boots and footwear are covered by a ONE year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, and material defects. BOA system is covered by BOA and will repair for life of the product. See their site https://store.theboasystem.com/warranty.php for more details.

509 Goggle Warranty / All 509 goggles are covered by a LIFETIME warranty against manufacturing defects on all hardware (ie: frame, hinges, straps, nose masks, etc) within the lifespan of the product. There is a ONE YEAR warranty on the goggle foam and all lenses included with 509 goggles are covered under the standard 509 Lens Warranty.

509 Helmet Warranty / All 509 helmets are covered by a ONE YEAR (from time of purchase) warranty against manufacturing defects within the lifespan of the product.

509 Lens Warranty / All 509 lenses are covered by a ONE YEAR (from time of purchase) limited warranty against manufacturing defects within the lifespan of the product.

509 Sunglasses Warranty / All 509 sunglasses are covered by a LIFETIME (from time of purchase) limited warranty against manufacturing defects within the lifespan of the product.

509 Universal Camera Helmet Mount Warranty / All 509 camera mounts are covered by a ONE YEAR (from time of purchase) limited warranty against manufacturing defects within the lifespan of the product.

509 Visor Warranty / All 509 Visors (except for the Tactical Helmet visors) are covered by an industry leading LIFETIME warranty against all forms of damage within the lifespan of the product.

What is the ‘lifetime’ or ‘lifespan’ of a product?

The lifetime of a product has two definitions: the span of time that the item is safe to use (commonly referred to as its shelf life) and, secondly, the span of time that the product is in production and warrantied.

The end goal of the entire 509 warranty program is to make customers happy. While we highly prefer to handle all 509 warranty claims directly, we do understand there are sp ecial circumstances where you as a dealer, can provide direct warranty service in an effort to get your customers back on the snow immediately. These special circumstances, should first be approved by 509, whenever possible, and should always follow the above listed warranty periods. If your direct warranty service is used to make a customer satisfied in a time crunch situation, we will do everything within the scope of this warranty policy to back up your warranty decision.
