Djakarta Sailing illustration story

Design terinspirasi dari seorang pelayar yang membentangkan layar kapal untuk mendapatkan harapan setiap detik barunya, Air adalah harapan dari seorang pelayar yang mencari harapan untuk kehidupan barunya, karena konon di dalam air tersimpan banyak rizky yang bisa ia dapat, semakin dia bisa merasakan dan mencium angin berhembus dia bisa merasakan pula akan semakin dekatnya dia dengan sumber rizkynya yaitu laut, semakin besar pula dia membentangkan layar kapal nya untuk bersiar lebih cepat.

Anotation


Laut Utara Jawa Jarak dekat dengan laut diarah utara membuat site ini memiliki angin laut yang cukup untuk mendinginkan site, hembusan angin cukup terasa namun tidak begitu over.

massa bangunan berbentuk lengkung memipih menghadap timur laut untuk memecah angin ke dalam site, jadi angin dapat di respon baik oleh bangunan

4km kondisi berdekatan dengan laut juga membuat daerah ini sering turbulensi, namun dengan adanya banyak bangunan angin menjadi terpecah, salah satu nya terpecah oleh jalan layang, namun jalan layang membentuk suatu lorong yang dia akan mencari lahan kosong untuk membuat turbulens, lahan hijau site direspon melengkung melawan arah lorong jalan layang, untuk merespon dan memecah angin di lahan site


Akan memungkinkan angin berhembus lebih kencang di ketinggian lebih tinggi, design di buat sedikit tercoak, untuk merespon tekanan angin diatas, dan memberikan view yang baik ke arah utara yaitu laut, memberikan kesan konseptual berlayar menuju lautan yang luas

Pada saat jam pulang ruas jalan sebelah timur tempat keluar masuk juga tertutupi oleh bayangan bangunan, sehinggu tetap teduh untuk berjalan kaki.


Lahan hijau site

site yang berbatasan langsung dengan air membuat kelembaban sedikit tinggi didekat jalan, jadi untuk menaruh perpus atau bahan bertipe buku harus sedikit dijauhkan dari sungai, disini massa menggunakan perantara lahan hijau site untuk membuat jarak

Lahan hijau site juga berfungsi untuk membuat meeting point emergency, serta sedikit memberi jarak terhadap kebisingan jalan raya
