Hello! my name is Ridwan Noor Mulyantono and you can call me Ridwan. I really have an interest in UI/UX Design. Especially with UX Research. I’m a student who believes doesn’t need a “Bachelor” to work. (Yeah, it’s because I’m haven’t graduated yet LOL). After struggling almost 20 years old in my life not knowing where I was going. I found my passion in UI/UX Design. Sadly, I don’t have a mentor to follow on. But that’s fine. I’m a fast learner. Quick to adapt. Even I don’t have any experience in it, as long as I learn something new. I can handle it.

Sports activity are needed by people
Introduction Lap Booking App, make
these days. For example; Futsal, Foot-
booking a venue easliy. Lap Booking
ball, Basket Ball, and other teams
helps people book a venue and view
sports. However, there’re still has prob-

the venue is available or not.
The Research i use the questionnare through Google Form to find out my hypothesis and i got 12 respondents. There is 3 main questions i asked on Google From. 1. How difficult it was to find Sport Venue? 2. What criteria do you look when book a sport venue? 3. How difficult it was to book a venue?
11
So, First main question. i got an insight about how difficult it was to find a sport venue. And the average is user feels not difficult at all by reason of other main question, “what criteria do you look when book a sport venue? 9 of 12 respondents said near from home. Which is the user feels not difficult by reason of the sports venue they always book is near to their home.
And i have sub question. I asked them about are they have bad experience with poor field conditions. This is what they said:
12
On third main question, i asked them about how difficult it was to book a sport venue. And 8 of 12 respondents feels normal. And i think i need more insight and i ask them in other sub question. i got this insight.
In fact, 6 of 12 respondents have problem with book venue in conservative way.

Define
User flow
The results of the research gave me some insight from the user. Now i can define pain points and make a list what user really needs.
Pain Points User feels poor with book in conservative way User always have bad experience with poor field conditions User feels unhappy if venue they always book is unavailable
Needs Make a feature online booking User needs view the review before they book the sports venue User needs to view schedule in realtime
Design & Ideate After knowing the problem’s user. I decide to make an app that helps users can book sports
Prototyping After I sketch the app, I design on Figma to get a high-fidelity design look. Then I prototype the design to look at how the user will use the app. Experience the prototype in here: bit.ly/2UVfvMF
venues online and view review & schedule easily. I make a user flow first, it helps me a lot to decide how many steps the user has to take so the user can finish his goal.

topics that are not popular but they really need. And I have asked to only create course search process, course selection, process payment, and course review.
The Research I use quantitative through a survey on IG stories to find out user behavior in using online course app. The reason for using the survey method on the IG story is to get faster insights because I'm only given 3 days by the hiring manager. 1. What makes the online course app look credible to you? 2. Assume you have installed an online course application, then you are looking for an unpopular class, what do you do? 3. what makes you not give a review of the product you purchased?
17
Actually, I got a lot of insights, but some respondents didn't answer all questions. So I decide to select respondents who answer all questions. Then I got 10 respondents.
18
Define
Userflow
The results of instagram polling gave me some insight from the user. For some pain points has defined by hiring manager.
Needs User needs professional mentor The search page need showing category so user can choose or explore the unpopuler class On the review page need feature “The most reviewed by user”
Design & Ideate After knowing the problem’s user. I decide to show experience’s mentor on the course page so the user will know how professional the mentor is; on the search page, I decide to make a category so the user can easily find unpopular class; and on the review page, I decide to make a feature “the most reviewed by user” So user can easily review a product without texting first. Then I collect some references on Dribbble, Behance, and mobbin. After that, I made user flow and sketch the design to create the first look app.
