Facade blinds are a great solution for shading and allow easy and convenient control of sunlight inside the premises. They are installed externally on windows or other large glass surfaces for a more efficient prevention of sunlight into the premises by thus avoiding overheating and fading of interior colours.
Why use external blinds?
• Outstanding climate control Facade blinds are by up to 80 % more efficient than internal blinds to prevent overheating. Infra-red sun rays heat up internal blinds (through the glass) and they become like heaters. External blinds are also heated up, but the heat remains outside.

Automated functionality with settings from the weather-station takes full control and gives commands according to the weather conditions. On a sunny day, the blinds will be lowered to prevent overheating, in the case of strong wind, the blinds will be raised to protect the building from damages caused by the wind, and during darker hours the blinds will also be raised to ensure more daylight into the premises.
