Fall Break

Students are expected to take their final examinations at the scheduled times and will not have their schedules changed because of transportation difficulties. If a student will miss class due to a shuttle, they must make arrangements with the professor. The shuttles are scheduled to accommodate the largest number of students, but may leave campus before a break has officially started. If a student needs transportation at an unscheduled time the request MUST be made 2 weeks in advance of travel and cannot be guaranteed. The cost for one way unscheduled trips are doubled.

Transportation payment must be received prior to departure or within one week of returning to campus. The Student Activities & Orientation Office reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for failure to provide payment.

After the reservation deadline, an additional $5 charge will be added to the shuttle cost. If a shuttle is cancelled after the reservation deadline the passenger will only be charged 50% of the cost (or charged 50% if no payment has been received).

Within 72 hours of the shuttle, an additional $10 charge will be added to the shuttle cost. If a shuttle is cancelled within this time (or if the passenger does not show) the full cost will still be charged.
