2 P.M. - meeting at Chilli’s Food Maelbeek café, streaming learning material and helping each other.

6 P.M. - relocating to Maelbeek station, co-designing with artist Sarah Sze.

7 P.M. Opening of the exhibition, introducing the project to bystanders.

TOOLS i know this is meant to be a small scale event, but a microphone could totally guarantee that people sitting in the last row will hear the speakers. Otherwise very well prepared event! the problem with the microphone is that it creates distance between the speakers at the audience, and makes the entire event very formal.

PLACE Passing by this tunnel every day I know how much loud the traffic can be around 5 p.m. I am not 100% convinced this is the right spot for such an event.

TIME LINE

Really nice idea, I’ve been looking for such a co-learning group for ages! Just one suggestion, I believe just one hour with Sarah is really short, I would reconsider it.
