TERMS

FREIGHT

CanSave’s terms are NET 30 DAYS to accounts with approved credit. All new accounts are COD for first 30 days. Application for credit must include bank and trade references. A 1.5% monthly finance charge will be calculated on ALL OVERDUE ACCOUNTS.

FREIGHT SURCHARGE

RETURNS AND CREDIT

ZONE 1: ONTARIO

A 3% freight surcharge applies on all orders within Ontario A 4% freight surcharge applies to NS, NB, and PEI A 7% freight surcharge applies on all assembled cabinets in NS, NB, and PEI

There will be no restocking charge for damaged goods, shipping errors, order desk errors, or manufacturer defects. We will issue credit notes upon receipt and verification of goods. Call our order desk for a Return Authorization and we will arrange to pick it up, no charge. Returns for any other reason will be considered on an individual basis for products shipped in the 6 months previous to the request Must be in original condition and in full case quantities. CanSave cannot accept returns on any garage doors. A minimum 20% restocking fee will be applied (minimum charge is $5). This fee is to cover initial order processing, freight out, invoicing, return processing, freight back, handling, and credit issuing. There will be an additional charge if repackaging is required. For areas not serviced by CanSave’s fleet, dealer is responsible for return freight. Please call the Order Desk or your Sales Representative to discuss your request. RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS are valid for 30 days from date of issue. Product not returned within 30 days is dealer’s responsibility. OUR DRIVERS ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY RETURN WITHOUT PROPER PAPERWORK. Can-Save is not responsible for any product that comes back without proper authorization.

(AREAS SERVICED BY CANSAVE’S FLEET) WEEKLY DELIVERY, NO MINIMUM ORDER Call CanSave Head Office for your zone and delivery day. Cut-off for orders is 10:00 am. In the event of a HOLIDAY, cut-off and delivery days may change. Please call to check.

CLAIMS

WEEKLY DELIVERY by common carrier. All products that can be delivered safely by common carrier will have A $500.00 MINIMUM ORDER. WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS APPLY. Items that can NOT be shipped safely via common carrier are subject to a $750 minimum order per 4X4 skid. Products can be mixed to meet minimum. Due to territorial agreements, not all products shown in this catalogue are available.

DAMAGE CLAIMS, or claims for MISSING PRODUCT must be made within 48 hours of delivery. CONCEALED DAMAGE must be reported within 7 days, and product MUST be returned in original undamaged packaging. Claims for credits due to PRICING ERRORS must be made within 60 days of invoicing.

SPECIAL ORDERS Please be sure to OBTAIN A DEPOSIT from YOUR customer before placing a special order! Special orders can NOT be returned or cancelled once the manufacturer has processed them! Your purchase order will be considered a binding contract. LEAD TIMES quoted for special orders are approximate. Special orders can NOT be cancelled in the event of an extended lead time. Please be certain that your customers understand this before you place a special order.

WARRANTIES We will replace any goods and take care of warranty claims for you, as long as it falls within the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines. The manufacturers word is final, and CanSave does not offer extended or additional warranty coverage.

ZONE 1 SPECIAL DELIVERY! Miss your truck run? Can-Save offers a daily delivery option for only $40 per 4X4 skid! Cut-off time is 10:00 am. Product will arrive within 1-2 business days.

ZONE 2: NORTHERN ONTARIO All products that can be shipped safely via courier (1-2 day delivery) have NO MINIMUM ORDER, except Far North, which requires a freight quote. Products that can NOT be shipped via courier include items over eight feet long, items over 100 pounds, and any fragile items. These will be shipped via common carrier and are subject to a $750 minimum order per 4X4 skid. When using common carrier, all products can be combined on skids to meet minimums. WEIGHT & DISTANCE RESTRICTIONS APPLY.

ZONE 3: NOVA SCOTIA, QUEBEC, NEW BRUNSWICK, PEI

ZONE 4: NEWFOUNDLAND Freight rates depend on location. Please call for a customized freight program to your specific area. These will be shipped via common carrier and are subject to a $750 minimum order. Due to territorial agreements, not all products shown in this catalogue are available.

ZONE 5: ALL OTHER AREAS F.O.B. Barrie on all available products.

RUSH SERVICE RUSH SERVICE AVAILABLE — EXTRA CHARGE. We will use courier (where possible) or common carrier to get those “emergency” rush orders out as quickly as possible. Just inform the Order Desk at the time of ordering, and they will get a freight quote.

All freight policies are subject to change without notice. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Can-Save reserves the right to make changes without notice due to errors, omissions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you are in an area not serviced by a regular road system, CanSave will forward the freight to the nearest point by road. Any additional freight will be the dealer’s responsibility.
