calling all cheese lovers win a cheese making course for 2 at High Weald Dairy Ever wanted to learn how to make your own cheese? High Weald Dairy, the people behind some of the fantastic cheeses we sell (including the moreish halloumi and soft Sussex Slipcote), are offering you and a friend a day’s cheese making course, worth £145 each, at their farm in Horsted Keynes, West Sussex. You’ll learn how to make soft fresh cheese and a hard cheddar-style cheese, as well as taking a tour around High Weald’s dairy and tasting some samples. A homemade lunch is included, too.
