Tips for Hosting a Gluten Free BBQ Bonanza There’s nothing more Australian than a BBQ. The days might be getting shorter and the weather a little colder but having everyone around for an (indoor) Friday night BBQ is a great way of getting your friends and family together to enjoy some delicious gluten free food!
SNACKS Your guests are probably hungry, so why not tide them over until dinner with some gluten free snacks? Many standard crackers found in supermarkets are naturally gluten free, but be sure to check the ingredients list carefully in case they have been manufactured using facilities that also produce gluten products. Simply serve your crackers with cheese and your choice of dip — delicious!
