The More You Know

Riverlights now has 800+ front doors... and growing!

Over 170+ Homes Under Construction

Manager's Note Premier Management, Brookfield Properties and your Board of Directors are working to establish a revision to the association staffing structure for Riverlights Community Association. Our goal is to provide a reliable and consistent team that residents feel comfortable contacting with questions about living in Riverlights. More news is forthcoming about the staffing plan.

Since assuming her role as DRC Coordinator, Carrie Lankford has already met with a handful of residents to get valuable feedback. To best serve residents, Carrie will continue to be available, by appointment, on Thursday afternoons to meet with residents who have questions about Design Review Committee submittals or need guidance on any interpretations of the Guidelines.

With the cool weather right around the corner we suggest all residents

purposes, the rental fee includes an attendant to operate the fire pits during your event. We strongly recommend the use of the oyster fire pit now that oyster season is here!

Let’s not jump into that cold weather just yet! After all we all live along the southeast coast for a reason right? Beach and pool days well into October are one of the many perks of living here. I know my family will be spending even more time outdoors, so I’d encourage you all to do the same!

Southern Lights VOLUME 3 • FALL 2021

Riverlights 5 Year Anniversary It’s hard to believe but, Riverlights turns 5 in December 2021.

If we were a child, we’d just be starting kindergarten. As a community, we’re young, already accomplished, and striding confidently into the future. Riverlights is now home to more than 800 families, and with a master plan for 3,000 total front doors, we still have plenty of growth to follow.

As we celebrate this milestone, we thought you would enjoy a few images that depict some of here’s a look back at some of Riverlights' progression. None of this would be possible without our residents, builder partners, retail merchants and contractors and others who help shape Riverlights.
