Community leadership and collaboration • Council implemented a new performance reporting system – ensuring continued transparency and accountability in Council’s performance • Council implemented a new corporate bookings system, making it easier for community members to book Council spaces • Council adapted to the everchanging COVID-19 restrictions by holding our Council meetings remotely • A surveyed portion of our community were 95% satisfied with the quality of Councils Customer Service • Council staff helped local charities amid the pandemic as part of their ‘new’ daily work routines • 27 items from the Disability Inclusion Action Plan were completed in this financial year.
