This Airport Master Plan establishes the strategic vision to establish Wagga Wagga as ‘a world-class aviation education and training city’ and its Airport as ‘A Centre of National Aviation Significance’.
This strategic vision capitalises on and is driving the further development of a number of related
initiatives that are likely to enhance and further define this vision in the near-term. In the mediumterm, however, this strategic direction can be expected to lead to a significantly increased level of
flying and other aviation training activity at Wagga Wagga airport.
