Food for fines Almost one hundred boxes of food are on their way to the people who need them most following another successful Food For Fines campaign by Wagga Wagga City Library. The Salvation Army’s (from left) Bruce Douglas and Judy Allen collected the donations this week from Wagga Wagga City Library Manager Claire Campbell (right). Food For Fines takes place in the lead up to Christmas each year and allows library members to donate non-perishable food items instead of paying any late fees they may have accumulated throughout the year.
